Cynthia Mitchell is our QA and Program Manager with over five years of cognizant experience working with persons with intellectual and development disabilities and DC Department of Disability Services. She has a master's degree in business administration (MBA) and a doctorate in humanities.

Ignatius Asoegwu

Ignatius Asoegwu is our certified addiction counselor II and certified criminal justice addiction, specialist. Ignatius has over twenty years' experience also counseling and offender supervision. He has a master's degree in humanities.

James Odimegwu - President

The President, James Odimegwu, ACA, CPA, has over thirty years' executive experience as CFO and Accounting Controller respectively in the Non-for-Profit industry executing DC Government contracts as well as US Government contracts. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting as well as a master's degree in business administration (MBA).

Kingsley Odimegwu, RN, Executive Director, has over ten years cognizant experience supporting persons with intellectual disabilities and more than six years professional nursing experience at Intensive Care Unit at Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital and Georgetown University Hospital. Including working at the psychiatric unit of MedStar Washington Hospital Center, the largest private hospital in Washington, DC. Kingsley has a bachelor's of science degree in nursing.

Nichie Douglas, RN, is our Director of Nursing with over forty years' experience at many levels of nursing; administering direct care, bedside care, medical-surgical care, emergency care, psychiatric care, sexual and forensic examination, and in academia.
