llied Health Training Institute (AHTI) is a NJ State approved Private Vocational School that specialized in C.N.A. and Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) courses. Allied Health Training Institute (AHTI) was established to provide affordable CNA and Home Health Aide instruction leading to certification and NJ State Licensure. Ilene Demling, is the founder and president. She has worked as a Registered Nurse for 30 years. Her specialty is in Mental Health nursing where she was a founding member of the first Psychiatric Homecare program with the Visiting Nursing Assoc. of Philadelphia and as nursing management in Crises Centers in Albert Einstein, University of Penn., and Temple and Atlantic Care Medical Center. Since 2003 she has focused on Gerontology working in nursing homes, 10 years as staff education and Infection Prevention and Control nurse.
