I provide paralegal and litigation support services to licensed California attorneys and law firms on a contract basis, at an hourly rate of $45.00, and am equipped to perform a full range of services from my office... Over 20 years litigation experience in California State and Federal Courts, with an emphasis in civil and business litigation, personal injury, labor and employment law, insurance defense and corporate formation. Familiar with all phases of the litigation process from case initiation filings (including removals from State to Federal Court), to the discovery process, law and motion procedures and trial preparation... Preparation of pleadings and law and motion documents including, but not limited to, Complaints, Motions, Notices, Declarations, Separate Statements, Requests for Judicial Notice, Stipulations and Proposed Orders, as well as Case Management Statements and all other Judicial Council forms and local court forms.
