She loves being able to use her nursing background to help our clients and their employees achieve optimal health outcomes.

Insurance industry veteran Michael Weiss serves as CEO and president of American Health & Wellness Group. A graduate of University of Connecticut as well as New York Law School, Mike has spent nearly 40 years working with individuals and organizations to provide strategic insurance and employee benefits counsel. Holding Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designations, he launched his career as an underwriter in 1977. He remained on the east coast until coming to Indianapolis in 1998 to serve as chief operating officer for Key Benefit Administrators. Mike enjoys spending time with his family and supports Gleaners, Wheeler Mission and Special Olympics Indiana.

She worked for six years at Computer Sciences Corporation in their Healthcare Division, training clients and employees on their proprietary healthcare claims processing system. Sue also worked in Human Resources for CSC and was responsible for all employee development activities including new hire orientation, new manager orientation and leadership skill training. Sue is also certified to teach secondary education with endorsements in both Business Education and English.
