School and college counselors are highly skilled professionals with extensive training in human development, personal counseling, interpersonal skills and college and career counseling. Our goal is to assist each student in the normal developmental tasks that all adolescents face. Planning for the future is an important aspect of counseling. This is done in a variety of ways as outlined below... Today ends one of the more challenging weeks in the history of Andover Public Schools. We want to close it with a note of appreciation and optimism as we move forward together, as a school community and as a town.
