Brendon's love for the arts has driven him to explore several mediums including water-based paints, sculpting, wood, metal and fabric work, collage, crafting with recyclable materials and sketching. This open approach has proven to be highly beneficial when introducing new ways of art making in his classroom. Brendon's teaching practice focuses on pushing students to become better makers and thinkers by mentoring their abilities in craft and process, and guiding them throughout the identification and pursuit of their motivations as artists.
