ASIAN ACTION TALENT

AAT Management began its operation as Asian Action Talent in the studio back-lot of a hit TV series in November of 1987. While working on set as a hairdresser, Thomas Yee, now the owner of AAT, overheard that the production was having difficulty finding Chinese background performers for an upcoming episode. He quickly offered to help by calling all his Asian friends to come and work on the show. The word is out; "Thomas could provide Asian performers for films", prompted other productions to call for his timely and unique service. Due to the ever increasing demands from productions and running out of Asian friends, Thomas took out an advertisement in several newspapers to recruit more Asian people.
