Adrienne Lee

Adrienne was born in Malaysia and is fluent in both English and Cantonese. She has ten years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent and leads the team that handles AVP's employer-sponsored visas. Adrienne is well versed in cording the preparation and lodgement of business sponsorships, temporary short stay work visas, temporary skill shortage visas, and permanent residence under the ENS and RSMS visa streams. She also possesses a complex understanding of work conditions, associated bridging visas, English and Skill Assessment requirements, and health and character issues. Adrienne also takes an active involvement in Partner, Child and Resident Return visa application, as well as Citizenship cases.

Craig Douglas Hardman

Born in Zimbabwe, Craig obtained his BComm from Rhodes University, in South Africa and has ten years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent. Craig has a detailed understanding of the employer-sponsored visa process, and a complex understanding of the trades assessment, EOI and GSM processes. Craig is AVP's lead on Business innovation & Investment and Business Talent visas. Through his strong management background, he can evaluate business structuring arrangements, complex Trust issues, company financials, and personal asset information against legislative requirements. He is also very familiar with the business sponsorship criteria in each Australian State as well as proper compliance and monitoring issues involved.

Han Oh

Born in South Korea, Han is fluent in English and Korean and has ten years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent. Han is well versed in the preparation and lodgement of business sponsorships, general skilled visas, temporary short stay work visas, temporary skill shortage visas and permanent residence under the ENS and RSMS visa streams. He also has an in-depth understanding of state nomination, work conditions, associated bridging visas, English and Skill Assessment requirements, and health and character issues. Han also takes an active involvement in Student Visa application and General Skilled Migration Programs including expression of interests and state nomination requirements.

Nigel Sanders - Managing Director

Born in Perth, Nigel obtained his BSc in Applied Mathematics / Statistics and is an ÀHRI member at the Australian HR Institute. With 20+ years of experience under his belt as a Registered Migration Agent, Nigel has worked as a State Manager WA at Global visa practice and Director of Immigration WA at Big 4 accounting practice. He has a proven track record in leading teams of migration professionals to service large-scale corporate clients across the Oil & Gas, Mining, Engineering, Automotive, Manufacturing, Trades Services, Hospitality and Healthcare sectors. He specialises in short term entry, temporary activity visas, standard, overseas and accredited business sponsorship, industry, on-hire and company-specific labour agreements, DAMA agreements and overarching agreements, monitoring and compliance, and trades assessment. Nigel possesses a sophisticated understanding of the employer-sponsored visa process and the ability to advocate on behalf of clients.

Sholeh Saiedi

Fluent in English and Farsi, Sholeh was born in Iran and has six years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent. Sholeh is responsible for the lodgement of Partner, Child, Parent and Resident Return visa application as well as Citizenship cases. She is also AVP's specialist in General Skilled Migration (GSM) visa matters and is very familiar with the Expression of Interest (EOI), skill assessment, evaluation of point test and GSM visa lodgement. Sholeh leads all caseload originating from Iran, including assisting Craig with business skill and investment visas, being fluent in Farsi.
