Whilst Chriska Stage Supplies will endeavour to supply all hired items as ordered and by the requested date, we reserve the right to substitute designs or similar goods. Also if goods arrive later than the requested date, we will only reimburse for each day the hired item was late, and not the full weeks hire payment. Chriska Stage Supplies accepts no responsibility for hired items arriving late for a specific show or production, and as such no compensation will be offered other than a pro rata amount of the weekly hire for that particular item. Chriska Stage Supplies will not be liable for any delay or other breach of contract resulting from postal/carrier delays or strikes, weather, wars, acts of God, non availability of goods due to previous hirers not returning goods on time, or other causes beyond their control...
