"Hi, I'm Nichola Jump, Beechwood Farm Day Nursery's Manager! I have worked here for 10 years. Initially I started out as an apprentice, working with all age groups. Once qualified I moved to a room leaders role in Red Hens where I ran the pre-school for 5 years!
During this time I studied at Chester University gaining a foundation degree

I enjoy giving the children in my care opportunities above and beyond. I am trained in Numicon, Phonics and also in Makaton, which I use to enhance the children's communication."
"Hello my name is Shirley Davies and I have worked here at Beechwood Farm Day Nursery for 8 years. Starting as a nursery nurse, I have worked my way up to Deputy Manager. I have an NVQ L3 in Early Years Care & Education. I have also gained qualifications in Business Management and British Sign Language. When I am not working I enjoy walking, ballroom dancing and relaxing with a good book!"
