Amedeo Rosboch is a partner in Studio Benessia-Jorio (formerly a partner in Studio Fubini - Jorio - Cavalli e Associati). He has been a contract professor at the LIUC University of Castellanza (VA) and the University of Valle d'Aosta.

Andrea Chiesa is a partner of Studio Benessia - Jorio (former partner of Studio Benessia-Maccagno). He graduated cum laude from the University of Turin Law School in 1990. After a two - years' experience in a major Italian bank, he was admitted to the Turin Bar in 1994. In 2008 he has been registered to practice before the Court of Cassation and the superior courts. His practice focuses on civil, commercial, corporate, bankruptcy and labor law litigation and arbitration, as well as on advising on a broad range of civil, commercial, corporate, bankruptcy and labor law issues. He attained specific expertise in the field of company and business acquisitions, financial intermediation and securities regulation, ordinary and extraordinary bankruptcy administration proceedings. He deals with corporate crises from all perspectives assisting among others bankruptcy receiverships, composition with creditors procedures as well as extraordinary administrations. He filed the first application for the negotiated settlement of the corporate crisis governed by Law Decree 118/2021. He gained specific expertise in labor law issues, assisting corporations with individual and class actions and in procedures to obtain special public funds such as Cassa Integrazione Guadagni, Cassa Integrazione Guadagni Straordinaria and derogatory Cassa Integrazione Guadagni. After the death of his Mentor, he founded a first professional association in 1973 and then, in 1977, he founded a new association with Sergio Speranza and Alberto Jorio, a lawyer. This new association, founded under the name Studio legale Fubini - Jorio- Speranza, later changed to Fubini - Jorio- Cavalli following the exit of Sergio Speranza and the entry in 1984 of Gino Cavalli as a new partner, has been enriched over time with the admission of new associates. He is Professor of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin, having previously taught private law, commercial law and bankruptcy law at the University of Modena and bankruptcy law at the Universities of Parma and Turin. He is the author of monographs and other publications on commercial and insolvency law. He has been a member of commissions set up by the Ministry of Justice for the reform of bankruptcy procedures. He is co-director of the magazine Giurisprudenza commerciale. His scientific studies and long professional activity have made him a particular expert in the corporate and bankruptcy disciplines. By virtue of his scientific and professional knowledge, he was appointed Liquidator Commissioner of trust and estate companies by the Ministry of Productive Activities. He is currently, by appointment of the Bank of Italy, liquidator of the compulsory administrative liquidation procedure of Sicilcassa, and by appointment of the Ministry of Economic Development liquidator of financial companies. He works in the fields of civil and commercial law, with special reference to corporate and insolvency law. He is an expert in arbitration procedures, both as an arbitrator and as a defender, and has a long experience in judicial and extrajudicial fields. He has been on the Turin Bar since 09/09/1965 and on the special roll of lawyers admitted to legal aid before the Court of Cassation and other higher Courts since 04/07/1981. He has been a member of the Turin Bar since 1966 and a member of the Special Bar admitted to legal aid before the Court of Cassation and other higher Courts since 1981. He has practised uninterruptedly in the civil law sector, with particular reference to commercial law and, within this context, to company law, banking law and the law of financial intermediaries and the law of business crises, both in contentious proceedings before ordinary courts and arbitration courts and in extrajudicial proceedings. After teaching banking law for many years at the University of Turin, he was a full professor of commercial law at the Universities of Ferrara and Piemonte Orientale. After returning to Turin, he taught bankruptcy law and, subsequently, commercial law at the Faculty of Law, again as a full professor. He is the author of numerous publications on corporate, banking and insolvency law. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the journal Banca, Impresa e Società and a referee for the journals Giurisprudenza Commerciale, Il Fallimento and Giurisprudenza Italiana.
