BEULAH HEIGHTS CHURCH - Key Persons
was born and raised in New Haven, Connecticut. He was saved at the early age of eleven years old. Elder Brooks has been a member of Beulah Heights Church all of his life, where his pastor and father is Bishop Theodore L. Brooks, Sr.
From his youth Elder Brooks has been involved in his local, state, and national youth departments. He began teaching Sunday School in his late teens. Elder Brooks has served as the Director of Christian Education and Superintendent for the Connecticut District Council Christian Education Association. In November of 2018, Elder Brooks was elevated to the office of Associate Pastor, assisting his father at Beulah Heights.
