Bittersweet Productions was founded by childhood friends Emily Jansen and Cynthia Childs. Following the death of their longtime friend, Christy Male, Cynthia and Emily began to question the circumstances of Christy's fatal car collision at a railroad crossing with no lights or gates. The resulting documentary, CROSSINGS, is both a tribute to Christy and a consciousness raising effort... Bittersweet Productions remains committed to stories that share the beauty and joy of life, yet recognize the need for change.
