BLAAUWS GROUP

Blaauw's Holdings owes its origin to Jacobus Nel (Koot) Blaauw who founded Blaauw's Transport in 1961 in Walvis Bay, Namibia. Over the years the original business expanded to such an extent that a holding company was established in December 1996. Today Blaauw's Holdings' operations include two transport companies, two salt processing plants, a salt marketing company, an industrial bagging manufacturer, and three Iveco dealerships. The holding company has a national footprint in both Namibia and South Africa and its emphasis is to provide value-added services in all the sectors it competes in.
