Jackie has devoted her 30+ year professional career to facilitating change in others both on individual and organizational levels. Jackie's leadership manages the strategic direction and core operational activities of our West Virginia and Pennsylvania programs. She ensures the program's accountability to the highest performance and achievement standards and that outcomes are achieved. When not working, Jackie enjoys playing music on her piano, drums, and keyboard. She also loves hanging out with her basset hound Gracie and is a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan

Kelly oversees the Caminos Programs in MD, WV, and PA, as well as Caminos Nacional and the Home Study/Post Release Services Program. Kelly will focus on developing and strengthening the newest Caminos service lines while also supporting the existing integration of Caminos residential and community-based services within the BCC continuum of care. Working with youth and families for over 20 years, Kelly is excited to continue her journey by providing leadership to the Caminos program. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys living in Baltimore City with her partner and their dog. She balances city life with a love of travel and frequent excursions to the woods, where she can likely be found wandering along a trail or climbing a mountain.

Kristian has spent almost his entire career in the non-profit world. At BCC he manages a variety of teams: marketing, fundraising, information technology, and quality improvement. His work is mostly focused on the digital transformation of BCC's operations, which includes deployment of electronic records and systems that replace paper-based processes and charts. He lives in Roland Park with his better half and three children (two human, one canine).

Nicole provides leadership and strategic direction to BCC's Maryland and DC programs. She is a fierce advocate for post-foster care services, and her work at BCC includes ensuring there are comprehensive services available during the critical transitions years to adulthood. A lifelong Baltimorean, Nicole loves crabs, the Ravens, and the O's. She and her husband have passed this love of all things Maryland to their two children.

Terrell is a Baltimore native, deeply committed executive, and civic volunteer. At BCC he manages the finance, food service, and facility teams. His current focus is gathering deeper business insight through advanced reports as well as bringing more automation to the finance team. In his spare time, Terrell loves to be in nature, travel, and serve as a volunteer Board member outside of BCC. He currently lives in Baltimore City's Mt. Vernon neighborhood with his family and dog, Missy.
