Carly has been in the drug/ alcohol and co-occurring field since 2000. She has experience on both the clinical end and medical end. She has been the nursing director at BGB for 6 years and prior to that was the nursing director at Cove Forge.

Judy has 35 years of experience as an accountant of which 15 are in Behavioral Health. She has been with Acadia HealthCare for 8 years working in both Psychiatric and Substance abuse facilities. She is a graduate from the University of Scranton with a BS in Accounting.

Michelle has been working in the Human Service field for more than 16 years. She began her professional career at Mirmont Treatment Center, a drug and alcohol treatment facility, and a division of Main Line Health. Michelle held various leadership positions over her 12 years of service. In 2018 she accepted a position as the Executive Director at Aquila of Delaware/Argo Institute, an outpatient program providing various level of care for adolescent and adults living with mental health and substance use disorder diagnoses. In 2020 Michelle accepted a position as the Director of Clinical Services at Bowling Green Brandywine. In 2022 Michelle was promoted as Bowling Green Brandywine's Chief Operating Officer. Michelle continues to passionately advocate for issues vital in the recovery community. As an agent of change she applies "The Use of Self" to foster relationships that will improve the quality of services for every individual that seeks treatment at BGB.
