Born in Columbus, Indiana, Christine moved to Arizona to attend Greenway High School and went on to graduate from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. She and her husband John have 4 beautiful children who enjoy spending time together with extended family and friends. Christine enjoys reading, live music and playing cards.

Although she has lived in Arizona most of her life, Crystal is originally from Minnesota. She earned her Associate in Applied Science degree, bringing over 20 years of experience in the dental field (10 as a dental hygienist) to her current position.
Crystal enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, being outdoors, home decorating, traveling and shopping. Deb hails from the hearty Midwestern state of Minnesota. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree Candidate in Organizational Development. She managed customer service, collections, new business development and training for a company in St. Paul before transitioning to the dental field. Here she helped shore up the business operations for an Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon, and assisted a single dentist expand the practice by treating sleep breathing disorders with oral appliance therapy. She joined AZ Sleep & Snoring Center and Dr. Roger Briggs in 2016. "I am grateful to be a part of this remarkable team working with professional, knowledgeable and passionate people." Deb is certified as a True Colors Trainer and T'ai Chi Chih® Instructor. She is drawn to American Indian music, art and history; enjoys reading, music, crocheting, watercolor painting, golf and spending time with her life partner Bob.
Dr. Brad Briggs is an Arizona native. He attended Scottsdale Christian Academy for High School followed by Northern Arizona University where he studied as an art major. He finished his human biology degree at La Sierra University and attended Loma Linda University where he achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Following dental school Dr. Briggs furthered his studies in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. His passion for his work can be seen in his love of creating beautiful smiles. Throughout his career Dr. Briggs has been devoted to learning the fine art of conservative cast gold. He served as the president of the Arizona R. V. Tucker Study Club for 10 years and continues Dr. Tucker's art of creating gold inlays and onlays that save tooth structure. Dr. Briggs enjoys spending his free time with his amazing wife Desiree and his twin daughters Oakley and Finley.

Dr. Roger Briggs was born and raised in Montana. He moved to Arizona as a Freshman in High School. While in High School he got his pilot's license and also met the young lady he married. He was accepted into Loma Linda University School of Dentistry where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
He started his practice near the empty intersection of Shea Blvd. and Scottsdale Rd. where he has practiced since 1973. He has a passionate love for the dental profession and has served as president of the Central Arizona Dental Society and was one of the founders of The Mission of Mercy program. The Mission of Mercy program serves the needs of the homeless and needy people of the Phoenix area every year in early December. Dr. Briggs has two sons and a daughter. The eldest son partners with him in the dental practice and his daughter is one of the members of the hygiene team. Son Stephen works in Arizona State government and has been involved in many civilian foreign trips and service programs. Dr. Briggs enjoys hunting, fishing, snow skiing, his dog Tucker, time at the cabin and spending time with his lovely wife Janet and their six grandchildren.
Married to Dr. Roger Briggs since 1969, Janet initially worked as his sole employee and helped set up his practice. She returned to the practice in the 90's after their 3 children were in school.
She works part-time coordinating day-to-day operations, vendors and resources, hiring, continuing education, and serving as everyone's main "go to". "I love working with my family and all of the wonderful members of our team we are proud to call our office family." When not in the office you can find Janet enjoying her grandchildren, cooking, gardening, and spending time at the cabin.

Born and raised in southern Idaho, Kara began her 27 year career in the dental industry as a Dental Assistant. Kara found her way to the Valley in 2019 by way of San Diego, California. Kara has worked in various dental environments throughout her 20 years as a Dental Hygienist: the U.S. Navy as a dental hygiene contractor, public health, and private practices. These experiences have given her the ability to provide the personalized care that each person deserves.
She is known for her gentle touch and caring and compassionate nature. Kara has a grown son, a granddaughter and two rescue dogs she loves to spend time with, and enjoys traveling in her spare time. "I joined the Briggs team in December 2020 and am grateful and proud to be part of this amazing family!"
Born and raised in Tucson, Kristie recently moved back to the valley from St. George, Utah. After graduating from dental assisting school in 2005, Kristie went into oral surgery and began instructing for dental assisting schools. She enjoys working with teams and great dentists - thriving in a balance of work and home. When not caring for patients and supporting her team, Kristie loves playing with her children. She is a true desert girl. Weekends are for exploring and learning. She is often heard discussing recipes or great places to eat. When she walked into Briggs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry she said "I felt like I was at home".

A dental hygienist for over 35 years, Mary Ann is originally from Long Island New York, moved to Arizona and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1983 from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Her brother Tom, a dentist in Southern California, introduced her to dentistry where she grew to love working with and caring for people and their dental needs. May Ann joined Briggs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in 2003. "
I am most grateful to both doctors for encouraging me to become certified in the use of diode lasers in the treatment of periodontal disease. I feel blessed to be in surroundings that motivate me to be the best practitioner you can experience. I am inspired and awed by the doctors and team each and every day." She lives in Central Phoenix with her husband Jeff and numerous furry critters. Among her activities for relaxation are reading mystery novels, baking, doing weight training exercises and aerobic dance.
Morgan is a second generation Phoenix native and brings 20 years of experience in the dental field to Briggs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. She prides herself on being a people person and loves getting to know her patients as well as assisting the Doctor in providing top quality care. "I love the job I do and have a fantastic company I can grow with who really are like an extended family. I look forward to meeting you and bringing a bright, healthy smile to your face."
Family is important, so Morgan spends her free time with her 2 children. She loves to read, garden, BBQ with friends, camping and the outdoors. She considers herself somewhat of a music and movie connoisseur.

Serina brings over 14 years' experience to the position, having graduated in 2007 from the Arizona School of Dental Health at Mesa Community College. She is the daughter of Dr. Roger & Janet Briggs and is pleased to be a part of the team at Briggs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.
Serina's passion to serve others and give back to the community gave her an opportunity to be significant voice as a member of the continuing education committee for Arizona Dental Association Dental Conference from 2010 to 2020. She's also participated in Mission trips to underserved countries like Romania and Mexico. "I feel fortunate to have found a place where I can work with other dedicated professionals to help you achieve your hygiene goals." She lives in North Phoenix with her husband Steve, a Phoenix fire captain, and their 3 children. She enjoys spending time with family & friends, boating/fishing, snow skiing, camping and hanging out at the cabin.
Born in Orange County California, Stefanie found her way to Arizona in 2017 and joined Briggs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in 2018. She has been in the dental field for 20 years, having completed a dental assisting program in 2001 at Cypress College. Stefanie resides in North Phoenix with her husband Cody, their son Kingston and fur babies Marley and Reese. Traveling, gardening and never ending house projects keep her enjoying life outside the office. "I am incredibly happy to be part of the Briggs Family team."
Born and raised in Southern California, Steffany moved to Arizona in 2021 and joined Briggs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. She has been around dentistry all her life: her father's a retired dentist, mother and sister both registered dental assistants. Steffany brings 25 years of experience to her position, having started as a dental assistant, working for a dental laboratory, then shifting to front office administration and treatment coordinating.
"I enjoy getting to know and connect with patients and look forward to making them feel welcome, knowing they are part of a dental family that is here to listen and help them obtain great oral health." She enjoys the ocean as well as traveling and experiencing new cultures.
In 2005 this Upstate New York native found herself in the White Mountains of Arizona. Susan proudly served her country in the United States Navy for 9 years. She has a multi-faceted background having been a diesel mechanic, worked in the banking industry and owned a tutoring company. She brings her passion of serving and helping others and making them smile, to the dental field for the past 10 years.
Susan enjoys spending time with her son, daughter and 4 grandchildren, playing games with friends and family, camping, kayaking and singing. On a rainy day you'll likely find her with a good mystery book.

Originally from Maryland, Wendy completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology while competing on the Towson University Women's Varsity Swim Team. Knowing she wanted to be in the health professions field she began working as a dental assistant. She moved to Flagstaff to pursue a second degree at Northern Arizona University. Wendy has been a dental hygienist since 2001 gaining experience in highly innovative general and cosmetic dental offices and obtaining her LASER certification.
Her passion is working with patients, helping them feel empowered regarding their dental care and providing comprehensive, thorough, painless dentistry. Wendy is passionate about health and fitness, training for and competing in triathlons, including Ironman races. She enjoys spending time with her 2 children who are both in competitive swimming and where she is a USA Swimming Official. When not at the pool the family is out hiking, camping or relaxing at the beach. "I feel fortunate to be working with the most professional and caring team."
