Bridging AZ is Arizona's first and only Furniture Bank. At Bridging we take pride in providing useful, quality furniture to clients of our participating agencies. There are over 70 Furniture banks across the country... Bridging AZ is the first and only furniture bank in Arizona. We support Arizona social service agencies and their caseworkers by providing basic furniture and household goods to their clients, particularly US veterans working their way out of homelessness. Not all battles are fought in war, but many are emotional and internal battles that are fought daily on the battlefields at home after service. When veterans who have been struggling with homelessness have not only a stable place to call home but the furniture and household goods that make it feel like a real home, they are better able to focus on their emotional well-being, and they are less likely to slip back into the habits that led to their homelessness.
