BROWNING RESERVE GROUP

BRG staff hold national volunteer positions at both the Community Associations Institute, CAI, and the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts, APRA, and BRG staff possess Reserve Specialist, RS, and Professional Reserve Analyst, PRA, designations from these two organizations. BRG reserve specialists are also registered Nevada Reserve Study Specialists (RSS). In addition, BRG provides support and training to the California Association of Community Mangers, CACM, and BRG is a California General Contractor... The Browning Reserve Group, BRG, has performed reserve studies since 1999. Reserve studies are all we do, full time, year round. Our core purpose is to assist community associations, governmental agencies, park districts and various non-profit organizations, with their long range planning for capital expenditures.
