BUILDING SOLID FOUNDATIONS Inc., was established in York County PA in May 2003 as a non profit 501(c) (3) charitable organization to benefit rural Ghana. The name BUILDING SOLID FOUNDATIONS INC was chosen to give lasting focus to our commitment to supporting the basic building blocks of economic development... Our mission is to improve the quality of life in rural Ghana by working in partnerships with Ghanaians to build capacity and self-sufficiency in the areas of water, sanitation, health, education, and economic development... Our team of volunteers will be working at St. Luke Hospital in Apam beginning November 9, 2025. We know that this trip will reach capacity - there are many volunteers who are interested.
