Arkadiusz Kwapien is Director of Corporate Services in our Luxembourg office and Conducting Officer of the local entity.
He is responsible for the overall management and delivery of full-fledged corporate services to Luxembourg-domiciled companies.
Arkadiusz has over 17 years of experience in financial services acquired in top European centres: Ireland and Luxembourg.
Having worked with various service providers, Big 4 and banks, he has a solid understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory framework and the structuring opportunities available to investment firms, venture capitalists, arrangers, and issuers wishing to set up their local vehicles.
He acts as director of numerous client companies ensuring proper governance and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Arkadiusz is a member of the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA) and the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA).

Helen Walsh joined Cafico International in 2023 and is Head of International Financial Services.
She is responsible for the overall management and delivery of the financial reporting services of our structured finance, asset finance and aircraft leasing clients. She works closely with a team of accountants who are responsible for the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the latest technical standards, in addition to tax returns and regulatory filings.
Helen is an accountant with more than 14 years of experience. She has developed a thorough knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, particularly relating to special purpose vehicles in the aircraft leasing sector, securitisation transactions and CDO/CLO entities. Helen has developed a strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Financial Reporting Standards applicable in the UK and Ireland and best practices in financial reporting.
Helen previously worked with a leading corporate services provider for 10 years and with a Big 4 accounting firm in Dublin for 4 years.

Henry joined the firm in 2019 as Senior Client Manager before being promoted to Head of International Business in 2022.
Kevin joined Cafico International in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer.
With a wealth of business experience across a wide variety of organisations, including financial services, Kevin is a key driver of the strategic direction of the company as it continues to grow its international footprint.

Moira Scott is Head of Transaction Management at Cafico International.
Moira brings a strong client focus and knowledge of cross jurisdictional legal and compliance matters within financial services.
She has over twenty years of financial services experience, gained primarily in the asset management industry where she worked in a number of different roles within client services, operations and legal and compliance.

Niamh is an experienced business development, sales and marketing professional who joined the Cafico International team in 2021.
Niamh's role focuses on incoming business and supporting clients throughout the onboarding process.
She has over 5 years' experience in the corporate services and legal sector in Ireland, having previously worked at a top tier Irish law firm.
Rodney has over 20 years' experience working in the legal and accountancy industries servicing both indigenous and international companies across a range of industries. Rodney has a wide range of legal and transactional experience and acts as director on a number of our clients' Irish companies ensuring that the highest standards of corporate governance for these companies are adhered to. Rodney has also been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland to act as an independent non-executive director of a number of regulated entities.
Rodney is experienced in working with investment banks, trustees, arrangers and issuers on a range of structured finance and securitisation transactions. He is regularly engaged by public and private international companies in the technology, pharma, aviation and insurance industries that are seeking to establish operations in Ireland or restructure their operations through Ireland and in doing so assists them with the management of their projects and their operations and compliance with their legal and fiscal responsibilities.
Rodney trained and worked as an accountant with a Big 4 practice in Dublin and London and also previously worked as a lawyer in the Finance Group of one of Ireland's leading law firms.

Rolando joined Cafico International in 2014. He is responsible for the overall management and delivery of the financial reporting services of our structured finance, asset finance and aircraft leasing clients. He works closely with a team of accountants in attending to various back office administration functions such as the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the latest technical standards, tax returns and regulatory filings and reports.
Rolando is an accountant with more than 15 years of experience. He has developed a thorough knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, various financial products and structures and related accounting issues. Having been involved in financial reporting engagements for various large and complex multinational companies, Rolando has developed a strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US GAAP and Financial Reporting Standards applicable in the UK and Ireland and best practices in financial reporting.
Rolando previously worked with Big 4 accounting firms in Dublin, Singapore and the Philippines.

Ronan joined Cafico International in 2021 as Head of Company Secretarial having previously worked as Head of Funds Company Secretarial at one of Ireland's leading law firms. In this role Ronan is responsible for overseeing the company secretarial group of Cafico International, which consists of a team of experienced company secretarial and corporate administration professionals.
Ronan is a highly experienced company secretary with over 15 years' experience operating in frequently changing and complex environments, primarily working with clients in the banking and asset management industries.

Sean joined Cafico International in 2021 as Head of Operations and is responsible for leading and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal operations function.
He has over 15 years' experience in the asset and wealth management industry working in both Dublin and London.
Sean has spent most his career working in various operational roles where he has gained extensive project management experience across areas such as process and systems improvement, standardisation and enhancing business effectiveness.
Sean has also worked on regulatory assignments such as the implementation of MiFID II for a MiFID regulated firm.

Yolanda is responsible for the operational management of our clients' companies, ensuring compliance with Irish legal, fiscal and financial reporting obligations.
With over 15 years' experience managing clients' Irish operations, Yolanda has an extensive understanding of our clients' corporate, financial and administrative requirements. She acts as a director of a number of our clients' Irish entities, thereby ensuring that the highest standards of corporate governance are adhered to.
Yolanda manages the operations of Irish subsidiary entities of multinational companies involved in such diverse activities as international property management, intellectual property licensing, manufacturing and distribution and management consulting. She is also experienced in assisting companies with the initial set up of their undertakings and the subsequent management of these undertakings on a continuing basis.
Yolanda has also been previously approved by the Central Bank of Ireland to act as an independent non-executive director of a number of regulated entities.
