Amy Fox

A Person County native, Amy Fox has been a part of Cambridge Hills Assisted Living since 2000. She has over two decades of experience in nursing, senior care, and administration. Amy still holds a strong passion for working with the elderly and hopes that she can learn from their wisdom. In her free time, she loves reading romance novels and shopping just about anywhere.

Delois Cates

Job Titles:
  • Director of Housekeeping
Delois Cates has been at Cambridge Hills Assisted Living since the beginning. She's in charge of cleaning all areas of our community, including private rooms and shared spaces. Delois loves her job and enjoys its daily challenges. But even more, she finds working with our residents incredibly rewarding. When she isn't at work, Delois enjoys watching soap operas and playing with her chihuahua/poodle-mix puppy.

Fred Fox

Job Titles:
  • Food Services Director
Fred Fox has been working in foodservice since 1992. He's held positions as a sous chef as well as head chef, and today he's Food Services Director at Cambridge Hills Assisted Living. Fred loves both the cooking process and seeing residents enjoy his meals. He especially enjoys making special dishes for holidays and other occasions. In his spare time, you can find Fred fishing on the lake. In fact, he often enters bass fishing tournaments!

Jana Harston

  • Activities Director
Mrs. Jana joined our Cambridge family in August 2021, during her initial interview we knew she would be a great fit, and the residents would love her. She comes to us with many years of Activity experience from a Long-Term Care Facility. Jana is happy, energetic, very positive always has a smile on her face and a good word. She is a true Advocate for her residents as she calls them. She came with new and different ideas and the residents love her and the new things they are doing. She has been through a Covid outbreak before coming here and was very instrumental and helpful when we were hit with several cases, and she did things in the rooms to help the residents to stay motivated and positive. She is a SUPER TEAM PLAYER. Always, always, always willing to hp out in any capacity in any dept. Very professional and knowledgeable of the Activity duties and responsibilities. She is a beautiful wife and daughter with an amazing spirit of Compassion. I think she is right where God needed her to be for this season. Cambridge is Super GLAD TO HAVE HER AS A PART OF OUR family and hopes it last for many years to come.

Kendall Oliver

Kendall Oliver has more than 20 years of experience in the senior housing industry. He is a Roxboro native who remains committed to creating exceptional assisted living communities in the region. Over his years in the industry, he's honed his skills in senior care, real estate, and land development.

Randall Clayton

  • Maintenance Supervisor
  • Safety Director
Randall Clayton comes to us with years of experience in management and building safety. He works to make sure our residents are safe and familiar with fire escape routes and emergency weather plans. He coordinates safety drills and performs repairs and maintenance throughout our facility. Randall enjoys working on a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis. Outside of Cambridge Hills Assisted Living, his favorite things to do are watch NASCAR and go surf-fishing with his grandkids. Experience Excellence in Assisted Living

Tammie Morris

  • Business Office Manager
Tammie Morris is the newest member of the Administration Team. She is a native of Person County. Mother and grandmother. She is very familiar with many of the residents and their families. She lived in Texas for a few years before moving back to this area to be closer to family. Tammy has many years of Business Office Management Experience. Tammy is shy but a people person, everyone that she encounters it is with a smile and a need to help in anyway possible. When not working Tammie likes to read, gardening, and nature adventuring. She also enjoys the lakes and beaches where she finds peace and serenity. Tammy has and will continue to bring beautiful new insight to the team.

Tracey C. Maloney

Tracey Maloney was born and raised in Roxboro and has remained committed to giving back to her community. She has 16 years of experience in long-term care facilities, and her excitement for the job has never wavered. Tracey loves working with patients and their family members. Off the clock, you can find Tracey spending time at the beach.

Virginia Roberts

Virginia Roberts first sought out a career in textiles but soon turned her focus to medical assisting. She received her degree in the field in 2002, and since then, she's been certified in medical assisting and furthered her education in geriatrics. Virginia has held all kinds of positions, including Charge Nurse, supervisor, and Resident Care Director. She loves working with the elderly and seeing their smiling faces first thing in the morning.
