Capital Area Speech Therapy, PLLC began in 1988 out of co-founder Jamie Putnam's desire to offer intensive and specialized speech therapy services while working in close collaboration with families; services that were not available in other environments . The practice started as Capital Area Speech Language and Educational Services. It was a part-time endeavor with one treatment room, one table, one shelf, and a shared office space. Last but not the least, some very special clients who entrusted their care to us even in our humble beginnings! In 2003 Capital Area added occupational therapy services in order provide more comprehensive services to our patients... Capital Area Speech specialises in Speech Occupational Therapy, Evaluations Treatment; providing In-Clinic services as well as Teletherapy Services.
