Brandy has over 20 years of payroll, bookkeeping, and tax preparation experience. She is our lead administration specialist and acting bookkeeper and payroll specialist.

Celia DeMink

Ms. DeMink has over 30 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience related to small business operations. She served as a Controller for a multi-million dollar manufacturing company in Northern California for many years before joining Carey Financial and Tax Service. Her practical approach to small business financial management is being applied to assist our small business clients with bookkeeping needs using QuickBooks and other accounting software. More recently Ms. DeMink has added tax preparation to her specialized skill set as a registered tax preparer offering our clients a valuable resource that can help anticipate end-of-year account and tax filing requirements. Diana Zimprich

Diana has her certificate in accounting from Sierra College and a background in small business ownership. She is a licensed tax preparer and is working towards earning Enrolled Agent status. She handles bookkeeping for our clients as well as tax preparation.

Jessica Carey

Jessica is our office clerk and assistant. She has been with us since 2018 and provides support and handles administrative tasks. She is our favorite!

Nena C. Carey

Nena Carey has been providing professional tax and financial planning services to clients in Northern California since 1999. She holds a BA degree in in Business from CSU Sacramento, is a licensed financial planner, and with Enrolled Agent status can represent clients before the IRS. Mrs. Carey's diverse background offers clients the depth needed to understand the inter-relationship involved in managing personal and professional financial matters. She specializes in adding value for small corporate accounts and small businesses while also addressing personal income tax needs for individuals. By understanding customer needs and staying abreast of the latest tax laws and filing requirements she has met the needs of her clients while growing her business based largely on referrals.
