Amy March is the Managing Director of Corporate Compliance at First National Bank, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation. She oversees FNB's Compliance Risk Management program and activities designed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Fair and Responsible Banking and the Community Reinvestment Act. March brings more than two decades of financial services leadership experience from financial institutions including BNY Mellon and PNC Bank, in addition to holding several compliance-related roles. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from Duquesne University, where she also currently serves as a member on their Graduate and Executive Programs Advisory Council. She is further accredited as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager.

Barry C. Robinson

Barry Robinson is Chief Consumer Banking Officer for First National Bank, responsible for driving the consumer banking experience. Accordingly, he oversees Retail Sales and Distribution, Digital Channels, Small Business Banking, Mortgage Services, Consumer Banking Solutions and Consumer Product Development. Robinson joined FNB in 2010 and most recently served as Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking. His nearly 40 years of financial services experience includes executive wealth management and corporate banking roles with National City Bank as well as previous responsibility for leveraged lending. Robinson earned a bachelor's degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. He also currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of United Way of Allegheny County.

Bryant Mitchell is Chief Wholesale Banking Officer for First National Bank. Gary L. Guerrieri

Gary L. Guerrieri is Chief Credit Officer for F.N.B. Corporation, responsible for managing the overall credit function, including commercial and retail underwriting, credit administration, credit policy and credit risk management. He also oversees the Bank's special assets and indirect lending functions and serves as Chairman of the Senior Loan Committee. Guerrieri joined F.N.B. Corporation as Regional Credit Officer through the merger with Promistar Bank in 2002 and was promoted to Chief Credit Officer in 2011. At Promistar, Guerrieri served as Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking in Johnstown, PA. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Community Banking Executive for Laurel Bank in Uniontown, PA. James G. Orie has served as F.N.B. Corporation's Chief Legal Officer since 2004 and became the Company's Corporate Secretary in 2015. Orie manages FNB's in-house Legal Department and has primary oversight of the Company's and its affiliates' legal, regulatory, board governance, corporate secretarial and fiduciary responsibilities. As Chief Legal Officer, Orie provides counsel to the board and senior management team and is engaged in critical decision and policy-making processes, including legal, regulatory, business, operational, compliance and risk management issues; transactions; litigation and claims; SEC reporting and disclosure matters; the Code of Conduct; and regulatory and governmental relations. Orie brings more than 40 years of legal and financial services regulatory experience to his role. Before joining FNB's Legal Department in 1996, Orie held roles as corporate counsel with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Chief Counsel for the Office of Thrift Supervision's Pittsburgh office and lead counsel for a Pittsburgh-based law firm's corporate, business and banking practice. Orie has served as the chair of the American Bankers Association's Regional Bank General Counsels Group and on various financial institution trade group committees dedicated to advocating for the perspectives of the financial services interests. He is active in the community, having served on various nonprofit boards dedicated to providing opportunity to historically disadvantaged youth, such as Ozanam Inc., while also volunteering and providing pro bono legal assistance for disadvantaged persons and charitable and education organizations. Orie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Franklin & Marshall College and earned his Juris Doctorate at Duquesne Law School in Pittsburgh.

Jennifer M. Reel is the Chief Communications Officer for F.N.B. Corporation. She is responsible for the overall direction of communications, media and public relations strategies for F.N.B. Reel has more than 20 years of industry experience, having held various Marketing and Communications roles at FNB throughout the Company's significant growth and expansion. Previously, she worked as an educator in the Pennsylvania school systems. Thomas M. Whitesel is Chief Risk Officer for F.N.B. Corporation. His responsibilities include working with executive management and the Board of Directors to define and communicate the Company's risk appetite while overseeing the development and execution of FNB's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes across the organization. Whitesel is also responsible for the development and execution of the Bank's Operational Risk Framework. He oversees the Bank's risk-management areas, including, but not limited to, Information Security, Fraud, Third Party Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Loan Review, Model Risk and Corporate Compliance. In 2004, Whitesel joined FNB as the Director of Risk Management. He has almost 40 years of banking and risk management experience. He previously served as Director of Risk Management for KPMG, specializing in advisory services for credit risk and allowance methodologies to various banks throughout the U.S. and globally. He also held positions in corporate planning and acquisitions, as well as other risk related roles focused on credit risk with several regional banks. Whitesel began his banking career as an examiner for the Comptroller of the Currency. A graduate of the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, Whitesel holds a bachelor's degree in finance.

Vincent J. Delie, Jr. is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of F.N.B. Corporation and First National Bank. After joining FNB in 2005, Delie assumed a variety of companywide executive leadership roles beginning in 2008. He became President of First National Bank in 2009 and subsequently was promoted to its CEO. He was named President of F.N.B. Corporation in 2011 and was then elected as CEO and joined the Board of Directors in 2012. In 2017, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of F.N.B. Corporation and First National Bank. Delie also chairs the Board's executive committee. Delie has led FNB to execute on its organic growth and expansion strategy. In addition to completing 17 acquisitions, the Company has substantially built out its digital platform and significantly expanded its product capabilities. During his tenure, FNB has increased its market capitalization by nearly 600 percent, added multiple markets to its geographic footprint and produced sustained revenue growth and expanded profitability.
