Mr. Wong concentrates on real estate acquisitions, sales, financing and development, business consultation, and related areas. He has participated in transactions involving the acquisition, financing, development, operation and/or sale of resort hotels, golf courses, commercial office buildings, shopping centers, residential condominium projects, vacant land, and ongoing business concerns. His clients include real estate companies, resort hotel owners, developers, and financial institutions, such as Hawaii DeBartolo LLC, Savio Growth Venture LLC and Queen Emma Land Company. Recent transactions in which Mr. Wong has participated include the purchase of the Pa‘ia Mill, the sale of the Ka‘anapali Beach Hotel and The Plantation Inn, the purchase of Dillingham Ranch, the sale of the Honolulu Club Building, the development of the Ka Makana Ali‘i Regional Shopping Center, and the ground lease re-development of the Ohia Waikiki Studio Suites, International Market Place and the Waikiki Trade Center.
Mr. Miyashiro focuses his practice on civil, commercial, and real estate litigation, representing and advising business owners, CEOs, Officers and Directors, and Trustees. He has almost 30 years' experience and an accumulated wealth of expertise litigating matters involving admiralty/maritime, commercial and business disputes, real property disputes, insurance, trust disputes, products liability, class action defense, and personal injury defense. By appointment of the Hawaii Circuit Court, Mr. Miyashiro has served as an arbitrator in numerous civil cases.
Ms. Caddle is a recent graduate from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Caddle was a competitor on the Client Counseling Moot Court Team and a Senator of the Student Bar Association. She was actively involved in Hawaii Women Lawyers Student Representatives and Students with Keiki and served as a research associate for the Environmental Law Program. Ms. Caddle received the prestigious CALI Excellence Award for the highest grade in Land Use Management and Control and will concentrate her practice on real estate and finance, as well as business transactions and organizations.
Prior to joining Chun Kerr LLP, Ms. Caddle successfully completed an Environmental Law Fellowship at the State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of State Parks.
Mr. Rawlins concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions, and state and local tax matters. He has participated in transactions involving the sale, purchase, ground lease, and financing of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial property, and hotels throughout the State of Hawaii. He has also represented clients in connection with purchases and sales of businesses by way of asset purchase and stock / membership interest / partnership interest purchases and sales. Additionally, Mr. Rawlins' tax practice focuses on advising clients with respect to Hawaii state and local tax issues, including issues relating to the Hawaii general excise tax and real property taxes, and disputes and appeals relating to these taxes.
Mr. Rawlins earned his law degree in 2014 after working in the government and commercial real estate industry and has worked for the Hawaii State Department of Taxation. He offers a rare blend of industry experience, providing clients a uniquely insightful perspective that sets him apart in navigating the intricacies of state and local tax matters, and real estate and business transactions.

Mr. Keiley is an accomplished attorney with a primary focus on real estate sales and acquisitions, development of residential and commercial projects, and commercial leasing. With a wealth of experience in representing clients across a broad spectrum of real estate matters, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in the acquisition, sale, leasing and development of real property in Hawaii, including the development of commercial and residential condominium projects and acquisition, construction, and permanent financing.
Mr. Keiley's deep understanding of Hawaii real estate law, commitment to excellent client service, and creative problem solving delivers immense value to his clients and has earned him recognition by Chambers & Partners USA (since 2023), Best Lawyers (since 2022), and Super Lawyers (Rising Star since 2020).
Mr. Higa focuses on commercial litigation, construction disputes, and tax controversies. He has experience handling various types of business, real estate, construction, tort, bankruptcy and tax matters in Hawaii State and Federal Courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Higa's experience includes favorable settlements and decisions for his clients in mediation and arbitration, on dispositive motions in court, on appeal, and through trial, including a jury verdict in excess of a million dollars for his client in a commercial real estate matter. In Hawaii State Tax Appeal Court, Mr. Higa has also obtained relief for his clients through judgments against State and local governments for constitutional violations. Mr. Higa currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii and as the firm's Managing Partner.
