Jennifer Spillers is a Superintendent of Recreation the Parks and Recreation Department and has been employed by the City of Goodlettsville in various roles for over fifteen years.
In her current position, Jennifer plans programs and events for people of all ages, but had devoted the last few years to an area of passion for her - senior adults. The senior adult program thrives under her leadership and has become a place of importance for many people in the community. Jennifer is also involved in many of the special events that the city conducts including Halloween In the Park, Tree Lighting Ceremony, Mother and Son Night, and the Daddy Daughter Dance.
Jennifer is a member of Tennessee Recreation and Parks Association and has served on the TRPA Board of Directors. Jennifer understands the role of Parks and Recreation and the positive impact she can make on people's lives by providing recreational opportunities.

Josh Gaby joined the Department in September 2018. He is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Agriculture, with a concentration in Agronomy and Soil Science. His previous experience has been working in the turfgrass industry maintaining golf courses in Alabama and Tennessee.
Josh is a native of Winchester, Tennessee. He lives with his wife and three children in Hendersonville. He enjoys camping and fishing with his children and is a leader of his son's Cub Scout Pack.

Kaleb was born and raised in West Tennessee. After high school he attended Middle Tennessee State University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Leisure, Sport, and Tourism Studies. He then went on to earn a master's degree in Sport Management, graduating in December of 2019.
Before joining the City of Goodlettsville staff, he worked in the campus recreation field for two years while earning his masters at Middle Tennessee State University as the graduate assistant for facility operations within the campus recreation department.
In his free time, Kaleb enjoys fishing, golfing, and watching Tennessee football and Duke basketball.

Sarah Jennings was born in Asheville, NC and moved to Greeneville, TN at the age of six where she ultimately discovered her passion for the parks and recreation field. Assisting her mother with swim lesson instruction at the YMCA beginning at a young age, she developed a love for serving people that would not only impact, but guide her career goals for the future.
Sarah earned a B.S. in Recreation and Leisure Management from East Tennessee State University in 2012. After several years of working in the parks and recreation field, Sarah began seeking new challenges to encourage professional growth and as a result, she enrolled in the Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management Master's Degree program through Clemson University and graduated in May 2019.
Sarah began her career with the City of Goodlettsville Parks and Recreation Department in November 2017 when she was hired on as the Superintendent of Recreation.
Prior to working for Goodlettsville Parks and Rec, Sarah served as a lifeguard and pool manager for the City of Greeneville, a recreation worker and program coordinator for the City of Johnson City, and most recently as the Director of Parks and Recreation and Public Relations for the Town of Unicoi. Sarah is certified as a parks and recreation professional through the National Recreation and Parks Association. Additionally, she is a member of both the Tennessee Recreation and Parks Association and the National Recreation and Parks Association.
Sarah resides in the Goodlettsville with her husband, son, and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, walking her dogs, and is an avid University of Tennessee football fan. Sarah takes pride in generating positive impact on the community through leisure services and is excited to be a part of a community that truly understands the value of recreation.
