​Seeking support for an eating disorder takes a tremendous amount of courage. Our goal at Community Connections is to assist men, women and transgender with finding the path to recovery and assisting them in successful recovery in the days, weeks and months to come after they leave our care... At Community Connections, we recognize that each individual has a unique story, and his or her own distinctive strengths and challenges. With input from the individual, his or her loved ones, and our experts, we develop an Arizona Eating Disorder Treatment plan for each individual. We help each individual develop the skills he or she will need to experience recovery.
