Beth is an experienced speech-language pathologist who truly enjoys working in children's natural environments and with their families. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree from Nazareth College of Rochester in 1992 and her Master's degree from Ithaca College in1993. She is licensed in the state of Ohio and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. She has worked in a variety of settings including early intervention, public schools, preschools and medical facilities. She has experience working with children of all ages and abilities.

Janelle Pickens

Janelle is an experienced speech-language pathologist with a heart for children with special needs and their families. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree from Miami University in 1998 and her Master's degree from Old Dominion University in 2000. She is licensed in the state of Ohio and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. She has worked in a variety of settings including early intervention, preschool and medical facilities. Janelle has special interests in early language development, autism spectrum disorder, pediatric feeding development and alternative communication. She uses many techniques to help children and families, including parent coaching and play-based intervention. In addition, she facilitates discussions for local agencies on evidence-based practices for early intervention and was trained as a Master Coach in early intervention for the state of Ohio.

Jodi Newcomb

Jodi is an enthusiastic speech-language pathologist and mother of two young boys. She received her Bachelor's degree in 1997 from Miami University and completed her Master's Degree at The Ohio State University in 1999. Jodi is licensed in the state of Ohio and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. She has worked with children in public schools, early intervention, and hospital/clinic settings. Jodi specializes in speech sound development/speech production and has a strong experience base in early language development. Her approach to therapy is fun and friendly, filled with songs and "sillies", but built on a firm foundation of knowledge and practical experience. She feels family involvement and support are the keys to success.

Katherine Nicolli

Katie Glick

Katie is always up for a challenge, and believes that therapy can truly be done anywhere and at anytime throughout a child's day. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree from Ohio University in 2003 and her Master's degree from Kent State University in 2005. Katie is licensed in the State of Ohio and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. She has extensive experience working with children in the birth - 5 years age and with children diagnosed with various genetic syndromes, developmental delays, autism, cerebral palsy and children with feeding difficulties. She holds certifications in the Hanen Program and Beckman's Oral Motor protocol and along with experience with Alternative and Augmentative Communication device. She has a special interest in the transdisciplinary approach to service delivery for children and was trained as a Master Coach in early intervention for the state of Ohio.

Meaghan Wilson

Meaghan is a practiced early childhood speech-language pathologist and busy mother of three young children! She received her Bachelor's degree in 1999 from Drew University in Madison, NJ, and completed her Master's degree in 2006 at Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ. Meaghan lived and worked in New Hampshire for several years before relocating to Ohio with her family in 2011. While in New Hampshire, she gained training and experience in providing family-centered speech therapy services to young children in their homes. She is licensed in the states of Ohio and New Hampshire, and holds a Certificate of Clinical Completence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She is also certified by the Ohio Department of Education. Her special interests include early childhood language development, family-centered and play-based interventions, and stuttering/fluency disorders. She comes to Cornerstone with a strong belief that best practice in speech therapy means including families and providing services in a child's natural environment.

Stephanie Oswald

Stephanie is an accomplished speech-language pathologist with over 14 years of experience. She has worked with a variety of pediatric patients and their families. Stephanie graduated with her Bachelor's degree from Purdue University and received her Master's degree from University of Illinois. She is licensed in the state of Ohio and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. Stephanie's background includes experience in the medical setting and school setting. Stephanie's current interest is in early intervention and including parents in all aspects of therapy. She believes that the family is a vital component in helping each and every child achieve their communication goals.
