She comes from a strength based background, encouraging and building healthy coping and stress reduction techniques within a wide range of distress. Carolyn creates an environment where growth is promoted, using principles of genuineness, acceptance and caring for self in relationship with others and supporting empathic understanding. She believes people can achieve deep and lasting change when given the tools that support their strengths and abilities. She is trained in and uses a variety of modalities: Person Centered Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Gestalt Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Diana is a certified medical assistant and has been serving our customers since May 2019. She is friendly and sweet, greeting everyone with a smile. If ever you're in need of a dance or a hug, Terisha is your girl! She has a varied background in serving the community and we are glad that to have her continue that service at Crosspointe. She is our Spanish-speaking front staff.

Erin Webb

Erin Webb is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. Erin has been providing mental health services for the last 10 years with a variety of experiences ranging in Community Based Rehabilitation Services, Case Management and Family Support. Erin is licensed to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders within the context of Individuals, Marriage, Couples and Family systems, through a variety of systems and Developmental theories including but not limited to Gottman's Couples Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. As a LMFTI Erin believes in creating more cohesive relationships and fostering healthy environments.

Holly Wallace

Holly joined the Crosspointe family in May 2016 as our Billing Specialist. Holly is knowledgeable, organized and friendly; she is the perfect fit for our staff!
