Mike has been doing Crossfit since 2014 at the age of 50. Has been a coach since 2018. He is a retired U.S. Marine and Firefighter.
He enjoys competing and has won the Granite Games in 2018 and Masters Fitness Collective in 2021. He was able to accomplish his goal by competing in the 2022 NOBULL Crossfit Games.
Mike enjoys coaching and seeing members do things they did not think possible before Crossfit.
