ANN MCGOVERN OF CRANFORD

We arrived in San Jose, the capital, and had a driver take us to our hotel near the Arenal volcano. I knew we were going to have a good time when we stopped at a cafe for breakfast and Judy pointed to a mural of a beautiful naked woman arching her back. I must have been very tired as I forgot to take a picture... Did you graduate from Cranford High School but a different year? We are the Class of '67 and this is our own site - we don't charge our classmates - we fund the site out of our class fund... The El Trapiche Tour was a favorite of Judy's. There we were shown how sugarcane, coffee and chocolate are grown and then processed. We made chocolate and molasses samples. The latter provided concentrated energy boosts over the next few days. I don't like coffee but Judy found the arabica coffee quite tasty.
