DAWN WEVER, LMHC

Dawn Wever, M.A., LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and earned her master's degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Leo University. She has worked with adults, children, families, therapists and law enforcement for over 10 years statewide. Ms. Wever is passionate about teaching mental health awareness and effective treatments, communication skills and de-escalation techniques. In her private practice she specializes in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD and relational problems. She combines cognitive behavioral skills, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and communication skills to help clients create and utilize effective interventions that work in their individual lives.
