Andeana Gaither a Financial Consultant who was educated in the Washington, D.C. and Prince Georges County School Systems, Graduated from University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Administration. With over 30 years of experience in accounting, human resource management, office management which includes daily accounting transactions, payroll, financial statements, supervising staff, administering benefits, financial and operational audits, and accounting software systems for 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and nonprofit organizations.
Having over 7 years of Nonprofit experience and wanting to give back to the community has led her to a position as Assistant Controller at Habitat for Humanity of Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Andeana's background and experience has allowed her to utilize her skills in her current role. Having the desire to serve and recently being blessed to purchase HER first home in 2020 made the decision to work at Habitat for Humanity an easy one. Becoming a homeowner was not just a dream come true but a reality, in and of itself, is one of the most powerful forces to improve health, education and wealth for generations.

Before that, she served a nonprofit cause in 2020 to help seniors thrive in Maryland while continuing to build her professional skills. She is excited to belong HFH team that support the well-being of the local community recipients bringing security and stability to their life. Dan graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University. After college, he worked as an engineer for Lockheed Martin. Then he left his engineering job and served 2 years as a Construction AmeriCorp. After his two years of AmeriCorps service, he worked as a Construction Supervisor for Wake County HFH in North Carolina.
For the last 10+ years, he has worked for HFH of Washington DCserving as a Senior Construction Supervisor, Production Manager, and now Director of Construction. While with HFH, Dan led the construction of 8 Certified Passive Houses, attended/led 8 AmeriCorp BAT and 4 CWPs, become a Certified Passive House Consultant,

Dennis joined the DC affliate as an Americorps member, in 2014, after graduating from Villanova University, having a passion for affordable housing that was formed after participating in several service trips. Now as the Construction Superintendent, Dennis oversees the building of new houses in the District, working with volunteers, managing subcontractors, training Americorps members, and teaching future homeowners about their new homes.

Emma grew up on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and graduated from Virginia Tech. She served as a Habitat Americorps member in Iowa and Maryland before being hired at DC Habitat in 2019.
She is a Certified Aging in Place specialist through the National Association of Home Builders. In her current role, she works with DACL's Safe at Home program to complete accessibility repairs and modifications for seniors and disabled adults throughout DC. She also assists with Habitat DC-NOVA's partnership with TruBlue to provide repairs to seniors in Northern Virginia.
Emma especially loves Habitat DC-NOVA's repair programs and the unique impact they have on the community. She also appreciates the sustainability component of home repair and enjoys helping residents live in their homes for as long as possible.

Biography
S. Gulu Gambhir, D.Sc., is Director of AWS Worldwide Public Sector National Security and Aerospace and Satellite Professional Services. Prior to joining AWS in 2020, he was Vice President and Sector CTO at Northrop Grumman. He has held technology leadership, P&L, and program management roles over his 30-year career, including Executive Vice President and Corporate CTO of Leidos, Senior Vice President and CTO of the National Security Sector at SAIC, and Director of Northrop Grumman's Science and Technology Operating Unit.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Virginia, a Master of Science in operations research, and a Doctor of Science in systems engineering from The George Washington University. He has published more than a dozen technical papers in various fields, including systems engineering, modeling and simulation, and aerospace systems. He has taught three dozen semester-length engineering courses as a professorial lecturer in The George Washington University's School of Engineering and Applied Science to masters and doctoral students.
He is a current member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Technology Committee and served on the Intelligence and National Security Alliance's cloud computing task force. He is past President of the University of Virginia Engineering Foundation 501(c)(3) and on the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Washington, DC and Northern Virginia.

John is the assistant site superintendent for the DC construction team. He directs and oversees
subcontractors, leads volunteer groups, and helps manage the construction site. John has been
with Habitat for 3 years beginning as an Americorps crew leader. He was drawn to Habitat for
Humanity by his desire to work outside, help others, and his fathers work in affordable housing.

Kelly first joined our affiliate in 2014 as a Construction Crew Leader Americorps Volunteer. Upon completion of her service term, she became a full-time staff member and continues to build and renovate homes all over Northern Virginia. She came to us with a background in construction project management and attended Virginia Tech. Kelly is the QI for our Virginia Class A RBC Contractor's license.
Kelly is responsible for all aspects of construction activities on the Virginia side of our affiliate handling pre-construction planning, permitting, subcontractors, inspections, materials, budgets, and schedules. In addition, she works closely with our dedicated core volunteers to ensure a safe and productive experience for all volunteers on our construction sites.
She is passionate about building homes that will be sustainable for our families for years to come, using low maintenance materials and energy-efficient products to help ensure long-term affordability.

Liz Salter started with Habitat NOVA in 2015. She is responsible for managing Habitat DC-NOVA's social media and communication efforts and engaging and stewarding individual donors. Liz believes that everyone can play a part in making the DC metro area a more equitable and inclusive place to live and is thrilled that she can connect with people to help achieve our mission.
Previously to becoming the Director of Donor Relations & Communications, she managed volunteers at Habitat DC-NOVA. She loved getting to know our wonderful volunteers and finding another touch point for people to get involved.
As an AmeriCorps VISTA member, she started her career in nonprofits and worked on the team that started the first choice-model food pantry in Philadelphia. Before coming to Habitat DC-NOVA, Liz worked with volunteers and managed in-kind donations at the Carpenter's Shelter in Alexandria. Liz has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Religious Studies from Albright College in Reading, PA, and a Certification in Volunteer Administration (CVA).

Madi Ford serves as the managing partner of Audeo Partners. In this capacity, Madi manages acquisitions, deal structuring, development, risk mitigation, joint ventures, and equity and debt finance from a legal perspective for Audeo Partners. Madi has executed over $250M in debt financing including HUD, agency, and conventional market loans as well as structuring 1031 and opportunity zone equity for development deals. Madi has secured multiple successful PUD and BZA approvals for development projects totaling over $1B in development potential. She has also successfully managed complex litigation related to a class-action suit which allowed a $700M development to proceed. In addition to her transactional experience, Madi has expertise in corporate governance and strategic operations.
Prior to founding Audeo Partners, Madi served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at MidCity Development, Director of Legal Affairs at Vantage Management and as a Corporate Associate at Bingham McCutchen L.P. Madi prides herself on advocating for empowerment of women in business and has participated in panels and speaking engagements related to working in family business as well as mentoring young women in real estate, diversity in the workplace, and the value of inclusiveness. Madi has been named to the National Multifamily Housing Council's Emerging Leaders Committee and sits on NMHC's Women in Multifamily Working Group. Madi serves on the Board of Directors for The Academy of Hope Adult Public Charter School, Habitat for Humanity of Washington D.C. & Northern Virginia, and The Alice and Eugene Ford Foundation. She also serves on the Leadership Council for the District of Columbia and the Greater Washington Community Foundation Partnership to End Homelessness. She has previously served on the boards of directors for two private companies, the Community Services Foundation, and the Holton-Arms Alumnae Association.

Mahnoor joined the Habitat DC-NOVA affiliate in 2021 as an AmeriCorps National member. She served as a Volunteer Services Coordinator, and after the successful completion of her service term she joined as a full-time staff Volunteer Coordinator. She works to engage volunteers across our job sites, ReStores, and affiliate office to create a positive, rewarding, and streamlined volunteer experience.
Mahnoor believes that everyone deserves a decent and affordable place to call home, and affordable homeownership can remove barriers to opportunity, success, and health. She is excited to connect with volunteers to share the vision of building more equitable and resilient communities in the DC-NOVA area. Mahnoor holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from George Mason University.

Mandy started her career with Habitat for Humanity as Operations Manager for the State Support office in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2006. In 2012 she began working with Habitat for Humanity of Washington, D.C. and is currently Director of Housing programs at Habitat DC-NOVA. Along with helping families in Hawaii and the DMV move into affordable housing over the past 16 years, Mandy has also built homes with teams of volunteers in 11 countries as part of Habitat's Global Village program.
