Joseph Delperdang is a native of Remsen, Iowa and joined the firm in 1996. In 2003 he became a partner in the firm. Joe is involved with managing and conducting audits, reviews, compilations and income tax engagements. He also provides computerized accounting systems, professional accounting and tax services, business valuations and projections. He is responsible for the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and is the quality control manager for the firm. Joe is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Upon graduation, Joe worked for a national accounting firm in Des Moines, Iowa for eleven years. He was responsible for general accounting, business consultation and was in charge of their health care client service team. He moved to Siouxland and continues to serve small closely-held businesses with their accounting, tax and general business needs. Joe is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants. He was a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and passed their Certified Managerial Accountant examination. In addition, Joe is a past associate of the Iowa Medical Group Managers Association. Joe is a past board member and president of Siouxland Cares About Substance Abuse, a past board member of the Siouxland Community Foundation, Boys Club of Sioux City and a local neighborhood association. He is a graduate of the 1998-1999 Leadership Siouxland class. He has been involved in community organizations as a member of the board of directors and officer of Bernie Lorenz Recovery, Inc., and as a volunteer with the Greater Des Moines Chamber of Commerce and Greater Des Moines United Way. He was also recognized as one of the Sioux City Journal's first annual class of 40 up-and-coming Community leaders who are under the age of 40. Joe also works with many youths through a local soccer organization in South Sioux City including being team manager of a local club team.

Larry Delperdang is a native of Remsen, Iowa and joined the firm in 1969. In 1974 he became a partner in the firm. He is involved with firm management and client service. Larry provides accounting and financial services including consulting services, financial reporting, audits of client's financial information and their benefit plans, income tax planning and preparation and litigation support services. Larry graduated from NBT College in Sioux City, Iowa. After graduation he worked five years for a predecessor firm in Sioux City, Iowa. In 1969 Larry fulfilled his US military service commitment. Upon his return, he joined the firm and has gained wide experience serving a diversified group of business clients, assisting them in realizing their business goals. Larry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants. Larry is involved in the community and has been a member of numerous community organizations. These include a board member and officer of the local Jaycees, serving on the finance committee of Nativity Parish and a board member, officer and shareholder of a local country club. Larry was also a board member, officer and shareholder of a local technology company.

Mike Schuh is a native of Onida, South Dakota, and joined the firm in 1989. In 2003 he became a partner in the firm. Mike is responsible for managing and conducting compilations, reviews, audits and income tax engagements. He is also responsible for computer network administration and maintenance. Mike graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Prior to joining the firm he was affiliated with a local firm in Mobridge, South Dakota for two years. His primary responsibilities included business consulting, income tax preparation and audit services. Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants and the South Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mike was a past member of St. Joseph Catholic Church finance council and the Elk Point-Jefferson Jaycees. He is a graduate of the 2001- 2002 Leadership Siouxland class. He is active in the community and was a member of the Sioux City Suburban Rotary and the Siouxland Barbershop Chorus.

Roberta Jepsen is a native of Schleswig, Iowa and joined the firm in 1998. Roberta provides accounting and income tax services for clients. Roberta has her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion and a MPA (Master of Professional Accounting) from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She previously was the comptroller of a local hospital in Denison, Iowa and a staff accountant for a local CPA firm in Denison and Carroll, Iowa. Roberta is a member of the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants. Roberta was a member of the Schleswig Centennial Committee. She has also served as a church council officer, on various church committees and as a school board advisory committee member.
