Bill has worked as an independent insurance agent since 2014 in the Life, Health, Accident & Sickness arena. He obtained his Property and Casualty License in 2016 as well. Our agency works to give the highest customer service and value as possible. We work with several different insurance carriers so that we can evaluate the best possible insurance product to meet your needs. We want to educate you on what you are looking at so that you understand all of the benefits available to you. We want to make sure that you are properly protected for when the need arises, and it will. There are too many families that are not protected and then once the need arises, it is too late. We want to help families leave legacies for future generations to come.
Brett is an insurance and consulting professional with experience in property and casualty and large group health and welfare. Brett attended Kennesaw State University and is a native Georgian. He is a licensed P&C and LAS agent and counselor and has spent over 18 years in the insurance industry. Brett's expertise expands from individual property and casualty to the analysis, design, administration, funding, and management of large group health and welfare benefit plans. He has worked collaboratively with global and multi-functional teams conducting due diligence analysis and developing and executing focused solutions to complex issues, encompassing both individual and large group consulting services. Brett's primary focus is customer service; from education to satisfaction, Brett goes out of his way to take care of his customers. His hobbies include tennis, golf, and family.
Candy is a native Georgian who attended Georgia State University. She is a licensed professional agent in property and casualty as well as life and health insurance. She continues to help individuals and small business owners find quality and affordable insurance options. Candy is an active member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, Suwanee Business Alliance, and National Association of Professional Agents. In her spare time, Candy enjoys traveling the world, biking and exercising.
From being a computer programmer in China to a first-generation immigrant and parent to three children in America, Carol Cong has taken an active role not only in her family but also in her community, volunteering at summer camps and afterschool programs as much as she can. Carol is dedicated to professionally assisting the agents at DM to provide the best service. She loves what she is doing now, and is willing to help people. Her favorite things include pets and traveling.
With over 40 years of insurance experience, Dee is a true MVP at our agency. She is well trained in providing excellent service and quality coverage to our clients. Dee is a licensed professional and her expertise expands into areas of personal and commercial insurance. When she is not at the office taking care of clients, you can find her tailgating at the Falcons games. She is a huge football fan. Dee also enjoys cooking for her family, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Di Smith is an insurance and management professional with more than 23 years of experience within the Property and Casualty sector. She is a licensed agent and holds the AIM'S Society Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation.
Di is originally from Mexico City. She is fluent in Spanish and has lived in Georgia since 1987. She is married and has 3 children. Di is very involved in her community and serves as a Girls Lacrosse coach at West Forsyth Youth Lacrosse League in West Forsyth.
Diane is a native Georgian, raised in SW Georgia, a UGA and St Joseph's Medical Technology graduate. She has a prior career in Medical sales selling to Pathologists, Physicians, and Laboratories.
She is licensed in Property & Casualty, Life, Health and Long Term Care. She has been in the insurance business for over five years. She's a people person and enjoys helping businesses and individuals by shopping our many companies for the best fit and plan for them.
She's a Bulldog and loves football, an oil painter, and enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling in her spare time.

Johnny Johns is a successful risk manager in the insurance and telecommunications industries with over 30 years of experience in risk management and business development. He joined DM Insurance in 2012, and since then he has been providing sound insurance and risk management advice to our commercial clients. Johnny has lived in Atlanta since 1966, and has three grown children and ten grandchildren. His hobbies include playing golf and volunteering at his church and the community where he lives.
Larry's career as an Insurance Agent goes back some 40 yrs, starting in Life with John Hancock, then moving over with Sentry Insurance into Personal Lines, and finally Commercial Lines and Workers Comp, as well as Group Health and Retirement Plans in my early career. Larry was blessed to meet and work together with Hollis Williams for some 10+ yrs before transitioning his business to DM Insurance in order to become the Director of Field Services for the Ga Dept of Insurance prior to retiring. As many folks have come to depend on Larry through the years, Mr. Ray Risner, owner of DM Insurance, asked if he would like to join part-time with them. Larry happily accepted his offer and works limitedly for folks who really appreciate his 40 yrs of field experience as a professional Insurance Agent.
Mike has been in the insurance industry over 24 years and is a Licensed Agent in Property and Casualty as well as Agent in Life and Accident/Sickness. Mike joined DM Insurance in 2019 and prides himself on excellent customer service to ensure DM Insurance clients have all their insurance needs met. In Mike's spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, fishing and hiking in the North Georgia mountains.
Ray began a second career as a licensed property and casualty agent after completing a 30-year career in business. During his business career Ray simultaneously taught graduate finance courses at a university for eleven years. Academically, Ray has earned an MBA in finance from Harvard Business School and an Sc.b. in Electrical Engineering from Brown University. He also holds a CFA designation from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts.
Ray served in Viet Nam as an officer in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. He is married, the father of two grown daughters, and has three grandchildren. His hobbies include golf and building model radio control airplanes
With over twenty years of insurance industry experience, Sherry can immediately recognize her client's coverage needs. She is a helpful, warm, and very experienced professional . She is a licensed Property and Casualty agent, and her expertise is in business insurance Sherry knows how to take care of our client's personal insurance as well. She was born in China and came to the United States 31 years ago as a student. Sherry is bilingual in English and Mandarin and can help our Chinese-speaking clients. Away from my work, Sherry's favorite things are listening to all kinds of music, reading, golfing, traveling, cooking, and most importantly hanging out with her friends.
