DJ-K, the company, was founded in 1990, but it's roots trace back much farther than that. Ken inherited his passion for music from his father and older brother, and by middle school, had amassed quite a collection of 45s. To mask his reluctance to ask girls to dance at school functions, he instead tried to figure out what his schoolmates wanted to dance to, and thus, a career was born!... Created in 1990, DJ-K Productions has grown into one of the most well-respected mobile DJ companies in Northern California. Music, and the way we listen to it, has changed a great deal over the last 30 years, but our commitment to client satisfaction has remained consistent.
