Alvin Tucker

Mr. Tucker provides federal financial subject matter expertise across company engagements. With more than 40 years experience in federal service, he assists in planning and managing our federal engagements. During his federal service he was Deputy Chief Financial Officer (DCFO) in the Department of Defense (DoD) and has served in the high-level positions of Deputy Inspector General (IG) of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Deputy Assistant Inspector General (Audit) in the Office of the DoD, and Director of Training and Education in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). He joined the Senior Executive Service (SES) in 1979 and retired after 34 years of service. He then joined a large international accounting firm where he spent several years serving as a Director in the Defense and Intelligence practice and served as Executive Director of the Association Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC).

Anita Shandor - COO

Ms. Shandor creates teams for our projects that have the right mix and level of expertise to provide holistic solutions to our clients. Her career in the Department of Treasure spanned 34 years of which 20 years was spent as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES). Ms. Shandor held various executive positions including Deputy Commissioner for the Bureau of the Public Debt and Deputy Commissioner for Fiscal Service during which she built relationships with the Federal Reserve and major Federal Agencies. As Deputy for the Bureau of the Public Debt, she served as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) overseeing all functions related to borrowing the money needed to finance the Federal Government, accounting for resulting debt and providing administrative services to other federal agencies. Ms. Shandor served as the Deputy Commissioner for Fiscal Service responsible for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) responsibilities.

Denise Joseph

Job Titles:

Ms. Joseph is responsible for successful delivery of client services. She has 35 years of experience in Federal financial, acquisitions and grants management. She has substantial experience in managing large and complex business process modernization (BPM) efforts for Federal financial operations and grants programs that require multiple disciplines and a broad and deep understanding of these areas. She has experience in Federal accounting, assisting clients in moving to Federal financial new shared service providers, implementing new Department-wide Federal financial systems, conducting financial audits, conducting compliance and OMB Circular A-123 reviews, cost modeling, benchmarking and risk management. Prior to founding the company, Ms. Joseph spent many years working for the largest accounting and technology firms. She is active in the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) and volunteers to work with the AGA to review agency Performance and Accountability Reports (PAR) for technical excellence. Ms. Joseph serves on the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) steering committees to revise guidance for the Federal community.
