EAST VANCOUVER EYE - Key Persons
Dr. Gary Cole completed his undergraduate degree in Microbiology at the University of Washington in 1993. He completed his doctor of optometry degree at Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR in 1997. He then went on to complete a one year post graduate residency in ocular disease at the Portland Veterans Administration Medical Center. He spent the following two years as an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor for the Pacific University College of Optometry where he advised students in pediatrics, ocular disease, and specialty contact lenses. He went on to establish East Vancouver Eye in November of 2000. Dr. Cole enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and four children.
Dr. Tracy Dodd, our associate doctor since 2006, is a native of SW Washington. She received her undergraduate degree in French and Biology in 1993 from Pacific University. She then continued at Pacific University College of Optometry, earning her degree in 1997 alongside Dr. Cole. A very social and outgoing person, Dr. Dodd loves traveling, gardening, and, most of all, spending time with her husband and their two boys.
