Earthquest Minerals began in 1996, when our mineral hobby grew too large for us to contain! The two of us really enjoyed meeting new people selling at Flea Markets and craft fairs, and so decided to start a small business and began selling at Local rock shows and eventually built our little website to offer specimens online. The focus of our business is fairly wide ranging, encompassing quite a bit of the hobby - Minerals, Agates and Petrified Wood. This is the direct result of what we personally love to collect ourselves. All of the agates and petrified wood that you see here are cut and polished by us here in our shop and each piece is prepared with love and care.
