Alberto Beeck

Alberto is an investor and entrepreneur who combines his time between different businesses and social impact activities. He is Managing Partner of Cranley Investments Holdings and serves on the boards of DB Andean Towers, WE Family Offices Holdings, and Industria Works. Alberto is a founder and Chairman of Georgetown University's Beeck Center for Social Impact and Innovation, and founder, current member, and former Chairman of Georgetown's Latin American Board. He also served on the Board of Trustees of Georgetown University. He is a member of the board of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Endeavor Miami, and Project Liberty. Alberto started his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and subsequently worked at Dillon Read, Barings, and ING Barings in New York and London, where he headed the Latin American Investment Banking Group. From 1998 to 2008 Alberto was President of Cementos Pacasmayo and executive director of Hochschild Mining. Alejandra, also known as Ale, is Endeavor Miami's new Junior Manager of Communications and Marketing. With nine years of experience in Integral Marketing Strategies & Communication and a passion for entrepreneurship, Ale aims to grow the brand by using creative, innovative approaches to engage with the community, stakeholders, and market positioning. Ale founded her own Marketing Firm in El Salvador in 2015. She worked with over 25 local and world-known brands and expanded her marketing experience to include Digital Marketing, Graphic Design and multimedia, and corporate events. As Co-Founder and Creative Director, she led a team of fifteen and helped her clients overcome challenges. Ale has sold her company to expand her professional experience in the United States, where she has already collaborated as a Marketing Consultant for several brands, including Endeavor Miami, for its 10th Anniversary Celebration. Ale is a trilingual marketing and advertising specialist from El Salvador. With her academic achievements, multicultural background, and international success, she is a dynamic force in marketing and communications. Ale led the El Salvador team to First Place at Google's International Competition of Advertising Strategies in Colombia in 2017. In 2019, she relocated to Miami to expand her company internationally and make meaningful contributions to the dynamic US market.

Amarilis Zozaya

As a real fan of Endeavor, she fell in love with the company's mission when she read about the launch of Endeavor Miami. In 2015, she left Endeavor to pursue her passion in public relations. As an experienced PR Specialist, she helped deliver successful communications campaigns at the client and agency levels in both the US Hispanic and Anglo markets. She returned in 2019 as a Finance and Administration Manager, helping run the organization's financial operations - hand in hand with the Managing Director, monitoring and managing expenditures - as well as conducting administrative tasks, including the human resource aspects of the office.

Anna Papalexopoulou

Moreover, her personal passion lies at the intersection of business and social impact, which led her to take on a leadership role in the impact investing startup, Impending Bloom. Anna graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Psychology from Tufts University. Her finance background and these experiences paved the way for an engaging tenure with Deutsche Bank's Private Wealth Management division in New York City. Born to entrepreneurial parents, Claudia has always been inclined toward the drive and determination inherent in business builders. Inspired by their spirit and the broader impact of businesses, she transitioned to the non-profit sector. Based out of São Paulo, she took the reins of Ashoka in Brazil, a leading organization supporting social entrepreneurs globally. Daniela Manzanares

Emiliano Abramzon

Ernest Bachrach - Chairman

Ernest Bachrach is a dual US/Argentine national with over 30 years' experience in international private equity. He retired in 2014 from Advent International, a global private equity firm. He joined Advent in 1990 and has held several positions including Chairman of the firm's Latin American investment committee. Ernest was on the Advent's global executive committee for 12 years and was a member of Advent's Board of Directors. Ernest currently serves as a member of the board of Bunge Group (NYSE:BG). He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He also serves on the Board of Governors of the Lauder Institute of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and on the Board of the Harvard Center for Latin American Studies. Ernest has led investments in 25 companies as a private equity professional and has served on the boards of over a dozen public and private companies in sectors including financial services, healthcare, retail, technology and infrastructure. He serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Endeavor Miami and until recently was also an Endeavor Peru Board Member. Bachrach is active in mentoring early-stage companies on business development and strategy.

Faysal K. Abueljebain

From selling used phones to retailers, to opening up lemonade stands around his block: Faysal K. Abueljebain has always been an entrepreneur growing up in Kuwait. Prior to joining Endeavor, Faysal obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in 2020. During his time there, Faysal competed in start-up pitch competitions, where he was recognized for his story-telling abilities. He also worked at global consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting to learn how to diversify his research capabilities. Before graduating, Faysal took on a Programming role with the Venture Café Foundation - where he developed a passion for pointing entrepreneurs in the right direction during their journey from idea to launch. This is when he realized how a community's strength relies heavily on its innovators. Faysal moved to Miami in 2022 to serve as a bridge between entrepreneurs and resources at the Cambridge Innovation Center - where he was a Relationship Manager for clients ranging from healthcare, marketing agencies, real estate, and other industries. Faysal has been following Endeavor's mission for a long time, and is inspired to return back to his country one day with Endeavor acting as the light house for Arab entrepreneurs around the region. He is with Endeavor today as someone who understands the journey of an entrepreneur, and wants to play a pivotal role in taking Florida entrepreneurial ecosystem to the next level. Afterwards, Faysal obtained a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College. Gabriella has also contributed her skills to political campaigns and initiatives in El Salvador, including serving as Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff for John Wright, MP, and multiple positions in the political sphere. Her involvement in these roles centered around public policy, campaign management, and grassroots organization. Educationally grounded in International Relations and Law, and with further training in strategic communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership, Gabriella brings a balanced perspective to her work. Julia Figueiredo

Julia Figueiredo is the Director for Latin America at Partners for Growth (PFG). PFG has structured tailored debt facilities to support growth and expansion, working capital, fintech warehouse, and acquisition financing needs for over 220 portfolio companies globally. She worked four years at Silicon Valley Bank, where she led the bank's LATAM efforts, managing a portfolio of startups and venture capital funds. During that time, Julia was part of the team launching the LATAM Growth Lending Fund in July 2020, a joint venture between PFG, SVB, and IDB Invest. Julia moved to Miami in August 2021 to set up the Miami Startup Banking practice for SVB. Julia is also one of the founding members and serves as an adviser for Latinas in Tech. This nonprofit organization connects and empowers Latina women working in technology by providing safe spaces for learning, mentorship, and recruitment. She looks forward to leveraging her nine years of experience working in tech in Silicon Valley and working with LATAM based founders to help the Miami ecosystem as a gateway to Latin America.

He fell in love with building relationships with people and hearing the pitches of great founders with great ideas. After a brief time in medical sales, Justin wanted to build a company of his own. He became a co-founder of a manufacturing company aiming to build high-powered electric boats and bring sustainable energy to the maritime industry. From building his product, to pitching to investors, to attending conferences and pitch competitions, Justin fell in love with the entrepreneurial process. During this time, he learned much about the challenges, mistakes, and joyous moments entrepreneurs experience in their journeys. He also realized that he enjoys helping others brings him more joy than doing it on his own. Justin obtained his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2020, with minors in Professional Sales and Real estate. During his time there, he started his own business flipping used golf clubs on Facebook Marketplace as well as mentoring younger students on resume building and career selection. Born in Largo, Florida, Justin is an avid boater who enjoys weightlifting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Katina Orive

Katina Orive is currently an EX Jr. Manager at Endeavor Miami. In 2015, she left Endeavor to pursue her passion in public relations. Before joining Endeavor Miami, Katina worked with Endeavor Insight, Endeavor's Global's research department. Here she was exposed to the mission and global impact of Endeavor and got to work on a variety of projects mapping/analyzing entrepreneurial activity across different markets. Katina has a background in corporate financing having worked for multinational companies in agriculture, real estate in Latin America. Graduated from Babson College with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance and Environmental Sustainability. Her studies encompassed an array of experiences, from starting two businesses to a rigorous international experience in Russia, China and India. Outside of class Katina was a captain of the Swimming & Diving Varsity team and was a member of sustainable organizations in campus.

Laura Ginebra

Before CMX, she worked as a Digital Marketing Assistant for the Business Improvement District of Coral Gables. She was instrumental in creating the brand's digital strategy, optimizing its presence in several social media communities by creating engaging content while maintaining the organization's unique voice. In 2016, Laura earned her Master's Degree in Fashion Marketing and Communications from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Barcelona. She also graduated with honors from Florida International University in 2012 where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Matt Haggman

Currently Matt Haggman serves as the Executive Vice President of Opportunity Miami of the Beacon Council. In his previous role as Miami program director, Haggman led Knight's communities program in South Florida and launched the foundation's initiative aimed at connecting and propelling Miami's emerging entrepreneurs and startups as a way of building community. Previously, Haggman was an award-winning journalist covering issues of local and national importance. He initially covered legal affairs for the Daily Business Review in Miami before moving to the Miami Herald, where he spent nearly eight years covering real estate and local politics, and worked as an investigative reporter. Haggman won numerous awards for his work, including a Gerald Loeb Award, the highest honor in business journalism. Rebecca is currently a Manager of Growth Programs at Endeavor Miami. Prior to her joining Endeavor, Rebecca worked with education economics at the National Bureau of Economic Research. There, she performed econometric analysis to determine the impact of educational programs in Massachusetts. Before NBER, Rebecca worked at Ambev, the largest beverage company in Brazil and a branch of Anheuser Busch-Inbev. As part of the Corporate Relations team, Rebecca planned one of the pillars of ABI's Global Smart Drinking Goals to be implemented in Brazil. Rebecca is passionate about economic development and finding solutions to city problems. A keen generalist, she has worked in the private, public and third sectors to understand the best mediums to promote change and sees great potential in the fast-growing entrepreneurial ecosystem in Miami. She's excited to support local entrepreneurs in making their high-impact businesses scale and contribute to Miami's growing economic presence in the international stage. She is a professor and speaker at different universities across Central America. Sara Lila earned a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Barcelona, Spain. Selected by the US Embassy in Nicaragua, for the WEAmericas (Women Entrepreneur of the Americas) award in 2014. She organizes Startup Weekends, F*ck Up Nights among other disruptive events and incubator programs for emerging entrepreneurs. Sara Lila Cordero recently moved to Miami as a Senior Associate Business Development for Endeavor Miami. Previous to this jump, Sara Lila founded La Fabrica Coworking, a shared office space and programs for entrepreneurs in Managua, Nicaragua. Through 6 years, her team worked on supporting more than 8,000 entrepreneurs through different incubation programs, workshops and bootcamps. Sara has also been a judge and trainer for pitch competitions to at least 180 entrepreneurs. She was named one of the most Challenging Women in Central America by Estrategia y Negocios Magazine.

Victor Xavier's journey with Endeavor began in 2017, where in his last position he led a team of 30 people, responsible for the ScaleUp Program and selecting new Endeavor Entrepreneurs in Brazil. With his expertise, nearly 200 companies were accelerated, and about 20 companies successfully became Endeavor Entrepreneurs. In 2023, Victor joined Endeavor Miami as the Entrepreneur Experience Director. He will be responsible for overseeing the Selection and Servicing of Endeavor Entrepreneurs in South Florida.
