Jarrod Hix provides full service, customized, advisory based, total wealth management for each client. His mission is to be his clients' Financial Head Coach - to provide every client with targeted, comprehensive financial advice and portfolio management, delivered with the highest level of personal service and professional integrity. Jarrod has over 15 years' experience locally working with high-net-worth clients, business owners and individual investors. A graduate of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, Jarrod earned his Finance degree in 2003. He remained in College Station and became a Financial Consultant with a full service investment firm. Staying with the company through two separate mergers for a total of 16 years, Jarrod joined Element Retirement & Investment Consultants in College Station in 2016. Jarrod is very active in the community, volunteering for the Rotary Club of Aggieland and the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce in various capacities. He, his wife Ann, and their two girls are members of Central Baptist Church in College Station. Jarrod delivers customized, advisory-based wealth management for high-net-worth clients, business owners, and individual investors. Joey Wylie

Joey Wylie graduated from Texas A&M University in 2014 with a Masters of Science in Health Education. She served the Texas A&M University Health Science Center College of Medicine in multiple roles before joining Element Retirement & Investment Consultants in 2015 as the Operations Manager. Joey is a lifelong advocate for health and wellness. She is part of the Visitor Relations Team at A&M United Methodist Church, the grant review committee for the United Way of the Brazos Valley, serves on the Scotty's House Great American Steakout committee, and is part of Scotty's House Women of Courage. In addition, she is a local member of the American Business Women Association as well as Women's Entrepreneurs. To ensure your investment advisor is focused completely on you and your assets, we have full back-office management and support, led and organized by our Operations Manager, Joey Wylie. Joey has a broad business background that includes budget, program, and office management. She has also served as a human resources liaison, and is a lifelong advocate for health and fitness.
