Born and raised in Detroit, Ken grew up in a Christian home in the intercity as the son of a bi-vocational pastor. He began a career in the automotive industry as an Engineering Designer, while being very active and involved in a small Southern Baptist church. He felt led to go into teaching and graduated from the University of Michigan - Dearborn with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.He loves working with children, and is excited to bring experiences from public school teaching to working with the children within our church.
Ken is married to Robin and they have three children; Emily has graduated Union University, Ethan is working at Nick Mayer Chevrolet in Dickson and Ryan is attending Union University.

Kim is the Director at the FBC Child Development Center. She has been with FBC for 25 years. Kim has two children and five grandchildren.

Pastor Mike joined FBC as Senior Pastor in August of 2013. After serving as interim pastor 2012 -2013. Over his 48 years in Ministry, Miller has served as pastor or on church staffs of 11 congregations in Tennessee, Texas, Alabama, Florida, California and Oklahoma, his home state. He's also done Southern Baptist denominational work in Tennessee and California. He's a native of Oklahoma.
He is a co- founder of the first Christian social media site GodTube, a video sharing platform offering online Christian videos with faith-based, family friendly content.
He's the author of 9 books.
Miller holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Religion from Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, OK; a master's in divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX; a Master's in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University, in Dallas, TX; and a doctorate of ministry from Talbot School of Theology within Biola University in La Miranda, CA.
Miller is married to Patricia Green Miller, a native of Indiana. They both accepted Jesus as their Savior as children and have been life-long Southern Baptists. They have an adult son and daughter, two grandsons and one grand-daughter.
Pat Miller has worked in ministry by her husband's side throughout their 47-year marriage. The couple met in college at Oklahoma Baptist University. She was a school teacher for more than 25 years, teaching primary through high school grades. She has been a summer missionary, served as a Sunday School teacher, has led vacation Bible schools, served as a theological seminary trustee and on publishing advisory teams for LifeWay and Thomas Nelson publishing on children's curriculum.

Patty joined the FBC staff in December 2006 after retiring from her first career. FBC Preschool and Children's Ministry provided the opportunity for Patty to fulfill a lifelong goal of teaching children. "Love, Learn and Lead" are the words that best describe the Preschool and Children's ministries. We love the children, help them learn about Jesus and assist parents as they lead their children toward choosing to follow Jesus.
Patty is married to Sid and they have two grown sons and two precious grandchildren.

Ryan was born and raised in Sweetwater, TN, a town 40 miles south of Knoxville. Ryan felt called to the ministry at age 19 but fully surrendered to the call in October of 2015. He attended college at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education. He spent the next couple years teaching Social Studies in local private schools.
While at Tennessee Tech, he met his wife, Rebekah. She was born and raised in Dickson and grew up a member of FBC. After graduating Tennessee Tech in December 2005, Ryan and Rebekah were married in May 2006. They moved to Dickson in 2008, and in 2009 Ryan began to attend The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary based in Louisville, KY. He graduated in December of 2013 with a Master of Arts in Theological Studies.
He has served in several ministry capacities including 10 years in Sunday School Education and Discipleship Ministries.

Tim was born and raised in Bells, TN. At the age of 16, Tim surrendered his life to the Gospel Ministry. He attended College at Union University, in Jackson, Tennessee, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He majored in Christian Studies with a minor in Family Studies.
It was at Union, where Tim met his wife, Rachel. Rachel was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
After Tim and Rachel graduated Union, they were married on May 28th, 2005. They moved to Wake Forest, North Carolina where Tim graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters in Divinity, in May 2009.
Tim has served as Youth Pastor at 4 different churches and has currently served at FBC Dickson since June 2015.

Originally from Kansas, Todd graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizational Development. Todd has a diverse background from Structural and Fatigue Test Engineering in the Aviation Industry to Management of Grammy Nominated and Dove award winning artists in the Music Industry while serving bi vocationally as a student pastor. After his call to full time ministry in 1993 he has served at FBC Dickson first as Student Pastor, then Church Administrator before assuming his present position of Associate Pastor of Outreach and Ministries. Todd is married to Michele and they have five grown children and eight grandchildren.
