Amanda G. Neal, CPA, CFP® (Mandy) grew up in Laredo, TX. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Houston - Clear Lake in 1984, and became a CPA in 1987. Mandy has worked in accounting and lived in Southern Brazoria County since 1980. Mandy and Barry co-founded Finley & Neal in Angleton, TX in 1990.
In her early years in accounting Mandy worked with businesses, business owners, and individuals and continued that work after starting the firm in 1990. She became securities licensed in 2000 through Avantax Investment Services SM, and became a CFP® in 2004. Since then she has concentrated on helping clients navigate the complexity of tax laws and financial planning.
Mandy and her husband Clyde Neal (also a small business owner) live in Angleton and have one daughter - Angela who lives in NYC.
For fun, Mandy teaches Pilates and Indoor Cycling at the UTMB Frank W. Stevens Center for Health and Wellness in Angleton. She is a past president of The Center for the Arts and Sciences in Brazosport. Mandy serves as the Executive Chair of Camp Allen and is active in her church, St. Timothy's Episcopal Church, in Lake Jackson.

Amanda worked full-time while attending college part-time to receive an Associate in Office Administration at Brazosport College. Amanda joined our team in July of 2012 bringing with her over 15 years of administrative experience.
As the Wealth Management Coordinator, Amanda's responsibilities include overseeing daily office functions, coordinating client events, accounts payable, and serving as a liaison between both Managing Partners and their clients.
Amanda is originally from Dripping Springs, Texas but has lived in Brazoria County since 1995. She now resides in Richwood with her husband and two girls. Her biggest joys in life are spending time with family & friends and watching college football every fall...Gig'em!
Gabriel Garza graduated from Liberty University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Accounting.
Jennifer Haynes joined the Neal Wealth Management team in 2022.
The first person people see when they walk through the door is Jennifer Haynes. As an administrative assistant, Jennifer performs administrative and routine clerical tasks, as well as, provides support to clients and all other Neal Wealth Management staff members.
Kim Boullion joined the Neal Wealth Management team in early 2022. She brings a wealth of experience stemming from years working as an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant for previous employers. Kim's primary responsibilities include performing a broad range of tax analysis and tax planning; conduct research on special projects; and some accounting and bookkeeping.
Kim lives in Angleton with her husband, Bobby. They enjoy traveling and spending time with friends, their three grown children, and their two granddaughters.
Kristin is a fully licensed registered representative of Avantax Investment Services℠ in both securities and insurance. She is currently working on her CFP® certification under the apprenticeship of Mandy Neal.
Kristin grew up in Angleton, and has fond memories of Angleton High School, the great friendships she built there and marching in the Purple Pride band. She went on to attend the University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1999, and has had a long career in sales management and customer service.
Kristin and her husband, Josh, lived across the country as they grew their careers from 2008-2019. However, Kristin, wanted to raise her children, Charlie (7) and Birdie (5), back home in Brazoria County, and returned to Texas in 2019. She currently lives in Pearland and is active in her church, Second Baptist South Campus, her children's softball and baseball teams and scouting.
In her very small amount of free time, Kristin enjoys crafting (especially Christmas décor) baking, planning parties and going to Disney with her family.
