Caroline Santilli

Caroline Santilli is a certified physician assistant. She received a Bachelor of Science from Providence College and a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Alabama in 2019. Caroline is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She has experience as a physician assistant in women's health and gynecology, as well as in primary care. Caroline's passion is in women's health, and she is dedicated to the care and success of her patients.

Frank J. Andres

Frank Andres, MD, FACOG, is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist with over 30 years in practice. He offers a personalized approach to patient care that is highly respected by patients and medical professionals alike. Dr. Andres devotes a heavy emphasis on preventative medicine and makes it his focus to offer the same level of care he would expect to be provided to his own wife and family. Dr. Andres received a Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Doctor of Medicine from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 1987. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville. Dr. Andres was most recently awarded America's Most Honored Professionals by the American Registry, an accomplishment realized by the Top 1% of American Professionals. He has also been honored with multiple Compassionate Doctor and Patients' Choice awards throughout his years as a physician.

Jason Thompson

Jason Thompson, M.D., received his Bachelors Degree and Medical Degree from the University of Florida in 1998 and 1992 respectively. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Florida Health Science Center Jacksonville in 1996. Dr. Thompson completed his fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery are The Johns Hopkins Hospital in 1999. He remained on faculty at Johns Hopkins until moving back to Jacksonville to join the staff at Mayo Clinic in 2001. In 2004 Dr. Thompson established Florida Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery, P.A., committed to excellence in women's health. In June 2014, Dr. Thompson received his Board Certification in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Thompson is one of the most experienced implanters of the Medtronic InterStim therapy for urinary frequency, urgency, urinary incontinence and non-obstructive urinary retention. He has been performing this as out-patient surgery since 2000. He was also one of the first to offer the same Medtronic InterStim therapy to treat fecal incontinence when the FDA approved the surgery in May of 2011. Dr. Thompson has also received his da Vinci Robotic certification and has been performing robotic surgeries since 2005.

Theresa Eckert

Theresa Eckert, PA-C graduated from Jacksonville University with her Bachelor's of Science in Biology degree in 2008. She received her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant from Nova Southeastern University in 2012. Theresa has experience as a Physician Assistant in surgical urogynecology, interventional radiology and geriatric medicine/primary care. As part of our Florida Urogynecology team in Jacksonville, Theresa helps manage acute and chronic urogynecological conditions, performs annual wellness exams, assists with InterStims, and orders and interprets labs and imaging modalities, among other duties.
