Cynthia L. Reach

Capitalizing on over twenty years of litigation experience as a respected member of the state and federal bars, Cindy L. Reach, Esq. brings a unique perspective to the benefits of polygraph in the legal arena. Having successfully litigated from the Michigan district courts through the U.S. Supreme Court, and successfully prevailing in all her Michigan Supreme Court and U.S. Supreme Court cases, she recognizes the utility of credibility assessment in legal strategy, particularly for those falsely accused and those contemplating law enforcement exams. Cindy is a partner at Reach Law Firm and maintains a certificate of good standing with the Michigan Bar Association. She is certified in post-conviction sex offender testing and uniquely positioned to conduct substantive testing for therapists that specifically provide treatment to clients with sexual addiction. Additionally, Cindy provides legal consulting services regarding the admissibility of polygraph examination results and polygraph expert witness testimony.

Neil S. Myres

With years of experience and a law degree, Neil S. Myres founded Forensic Polygraph Services, Inc. in 2006. Mr. Myres is widely known and highly respected within the legal field and law enforcement community alike. With over 26 years' experience in law enforcement and as a Police Investigative/Crime Lab and Polygraph Unit Supervisor, Neil has been utilized heavily in the Detroit and Southeast Michigan region by both prosecutors and defense attorneys alike. The combination of his extensive experience along with his proven interviewing and negotiation skills establishes F.P.S.I. as the premier source for credibility assessment.
