Welcome to Glasshouse Property Management. My name is Cayla and I'm the new receptionist here. I grew up in Tauranga and recently moved to Hamilton with my partner. In the past nine years, I have held administrative positions similar to this one. Most recently I worked as a Human Resources Coordinator, where I was very focused on service and meeting the needs of others.

Chloe Hall

Hi, I'm Chloe, a Property Manager here at Glasshouse. I've lived in Hamilton my entire life. I purchased my first home at 21, fully renovated it, and went on to purchase a 5500sqm lifestyle block to build a home on. So you could definitely say I have a passion for property, which is what led me to become a Property Manager. I've been working in this industry for three years and am loving it!

Gary Cornwall

Gary worked in Mitre 10 for almost 15 years, he started out as a paint, lighting and Electrical manager. He was then promoted to Retail Manager looking after the whole shop floor which then lead to being promoted again to become the Store Manager of the Ruakura branch for the last 5 years. Gary has two rental properties and enjoys completing the maintenance himself. He learnt a lot from the training done at Mitre 10. With 30 year's experience in the management of people, stock control and facility management, Gary has taken on the new role as our very own Maintenance Manager. Gary enjoys playing golf on the weekends, bush walks and doing maintenance around the house. When he gets to go on holiday, he likes to go fishing and site seeing! You will often find Gary watching TV renovations programs (trying to get all the tips and tricks!). Jess Needham

Jess's background comes from mostly sales/customer service but she always had a keen interest in a property career. She grew up in Cambridge and has been living in Hamilton for the past 5+ years. She likes to spend her free time going out for brunch, having a drink with friends, playing video games or watching crime documentaries on tv. She is working hard on her journey of savings for her first home and was eager to learn more about property investment while also continuing in customer service as she has the plentiful experience and enjoys it a lot. Being a renter herself she knows how stressful and time-consuming searching for a rental can be, and for some, it can feel like pushing water uphill. For her is a great feeling to be able to help deserving people overcome this struggle and find them a home that they love. For Jess, the best part of her job is hearing the joy and excitement in people's voices when telling them their application was successful and offering them a new home to live in. Julie Holm

Julie's role is the day-to-day financial aspects of Glasshouse. From owner queries, payments, statements, rents, and refunds through to helping manage the office expenses, each day in her job can be very different. She has an extensive background in finance, including tax and debt collection, with 10 years' experience in government and a Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting. Having been both a landlord and a tenant, she can appreciate how important it is to know that you are being looked after by a professional and efficient team that you can trust.

Hi there, I'm Zee, and I'm thrilled to be a part of the Glasshouse team! Let me tell you a bit about myself. My family and I immigrated to New Zealand from South Africa five years ago, where I worked as a detective in the South African Police, specialising in child protection cases. Later on, I transitioned into sales and became a National Key Account Manager for an international company. I also owned my own business in the real estate photography industry for three years.
