A citizen of Senegal, Mr. Diop obtained a B.A. in Economics and a second degree in Law, both in France and a B.A. in Business Development (Marketing and Finance option) in Canada. It is this unique combination which makes him ideally suited to bring lenders, borrowers and suppliers together in successful transactions. Mr. Diop continues his education by attending many International Finance and Economic Development conferences where he continues to strengthen his relationships, build his network and stay current with the guidelines and requirements of many of the most influential International Business and Developmental Finance entities.
Over the past 20 years, Moustapha has also established a vast and influential professional network in West and Central Africa. His network is far reaching and consists of the most prominent Private Sector Business Leaders to leaders at the highest levels of Government. He is viewed as a highly respected professional with high moral character and a broad knowledge of the inner workings of African Business.
Mr Diop's fluency in French has enabled him to establish relationships and penetrate markets that have been especially difficult for US companies to penetrate. This experience and proven track record has made him a valuable asset and partner.

Steve's broad range of International Business Development experience has enabled him to structure and facilitate the execution of complex and mutually beneficial strategic alliances between US companies and Private and Public Sector entities in Emerging Nations.
Steve also possesses a vast and broad working knowledge of the inner workings of African Business and has been very instrumental in the process of establishing a shared vision and trust between US companies and potential strategic partners in Africa.
