The Board of Trustees of Greenfield Township has been working on educating residents about the "Home Occupation" restrictions set forth in the current Zoning Resolution. The Board appreciates those who have reached out to Township zoning staff to work through questions and potential compliance issues... The Township intends to proceed with enforcement of the Zoning Resolution against those who are operating a Home Occupation without a zoning certificate, conditional use permit, or obtaining a variance (if necessary) commencing October 5, 2023.
