Dave Fischer

Dave Fischer began his professional career as an IT Developer at Hewlett-Packard where he developed the aptitude for Project Management and Finance within Supply Chain Management. His appreciation for financial analysis led him to become a Financial Planner with 49 Financial as part of AXA Advisors. In his time with 49 Financial, Dave found a passion for serving clients in a way that helps them achieve their goals and provide peace of mind. This is what ultimately led him to Grace Capital as an independent financial firm to best serve his clients' financial needs. Dave graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Mays Business School. While a student at A&M, he was a co-founder and first treasurer of a chapter of his fraternity, Kappa Upsilon Chi. Dave is also very involved in the community. He and his wife, Lauren, are passionate about adoption and serve foster care and adoptive children and families through organizations such as The Austin Stone and Teen Reach Adventure Camp while also adopting a son of their own.

George Duff

George began his consulting career in 1996, developing a diverse client base ranging from professional athletes to business owners. Prior to co-founding Duff & Boynton, where assets doubled during his tenure, George successfully rose to Vice President of Investments at A.G. Edwards & Sons. Before becoming a financial advisor, he worked as a buyer for Neiman Marcus, a background still evident in his subtle, sartorial style. George received his M.B.A. in Finance and his B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a guest lecturer at UT Austin and Austin Community College. He is also a member of the Texas Exes Finance and Scholarship Committees. George was born in La Paz, Bolivia, and speaks Spanish. He enjoys coaching Little League baseball, football, soccer, and basketball. George and his wife, Amy, keep very busy with their four children: one son and three daughters - including twins.

Jack Dorman

Jack has enjoyed multiple careers, each challenging and fulfilling. He moved to Austin to study mathematics and computer science at the University of Texas and received a B.A. in Math with honors. He has worked for several large technology companies (Texas Instruments, Intel, Tandem) and also for smaller, start-up companies. He loves the challenge of starting new things. Jack is a follower of Christ and has been actively involved in leadership in his community of faith for most of his adult life. He pastored a medium-sized congregation for almost a decade. He has been friends with George Duff for many years and joined George at Grace Capital Management as an investment advisor and technologist. Jack's care for people, his business skills, and leadership uniquely qualify him to work with others to set and meet financial goals. Jack and his wife, Debbie, were married in 1978 and have a son, Jeffrey. Jack enjoys sports of all kinds, music, reading, learning and occasionally joining his brother in cooking large quantities of food for people. Debbie is a musician, director of worship at their church and is a singer/songwriter.

Kynda Olson

Kynda, a native Texan, has worked in financial planning for over a decade. She has served Grace Capital Management since 2009. Kynda is happily married to Chris, a local high school teacher and football coach. Together, they have a son. While attending the University of North Texas, Kynda started her own company, Kynda Lynn Photography, and was co-owner of Kiddie Computer Company. She has been a member of Texas High School Coaches' Wives Association and Fellowship of Christian Athletes since 1997. When not on a soccer, t-ball, or football field, Kynda enjoys discovering local Austin adventures with her boys, like kayaking, live music, and food trucks.
